    Executive Secretary

    Key Responsibilities

    Executive Support

    • Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to the CEO/Directors
    • Manage the CEO/Directors' calendar, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings internally and externally, and ensuring no conflicts.
    • Handle all correspondence, calls, and messages to the CEO/Directors’ office promptly and professionally.
    • Manage calendar and schedules, oversee email and correspondence, and handle various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient general office management.
    • Ensure proper filing and document management for both electronic and paper systems.
    • Act as a point of contact among senior executives, staff, and external parties.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.
    • Follow up on timely submission of reports by the CEO's reportees. i.e., Board reports, Weekly reports, Project-based reports, etc.
    • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
    • Coordinate board meetings, draft agendas, and take minutes.

    Human Resource Functions

    • Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination).
    • Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, contracts, and personal 
    • Administer HR policies, employee benefits, and compliance requirements.
    • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and welfare matters.
    • Administration & Office Management
    • Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor management.
    • Coordinate with service providers for facilities, IT, security, and housekeeping.
    • Ensure smooth functioning of office communications and documentation.
    • Prepare budgets and manage petty cash/administrative expenses.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and statutory requirements.

    Academic and Professional Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant
    • Strong knowledge of HR and administrative practices.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
    • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.

    Welder

    We are seeking a Welder to join our construction team, supporting the fabrication, installation, and repair of metal structures and equipment across Victory Farms' facilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in multiple welding techniques, capable of interpreting technical drawings, and able to deliver high-quality and durable welds that support our operational needs.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Assemble pieces of metal or repair damaged components using heavy machinery and welding equipment that emits high heat to melt and shape metal.
    • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and facilities emergencies in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
    • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately prior to starting any project.
    • Source and prepare materials required for welding and fabrication tasks.
    • Measure and cut materials to exact specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
    • Weld materials using appropriate techniques and filler materials to securely join metals together.
    • Inspect and check completed welds and finished work, ensuring all output meets the tolerances and quality standards indicated on blueprints.

    Academic and Professional Qualifications

    • Diploma, certificate, or formal training in welding or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on welding experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing settings.
    • Proficiency in various welding methods and experience working with different metals.
    • Strong understanding of safety regulations, welding codes, and quality standards.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
    • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
    • Physically fit and able to work in diverse site conditions.

    Refrigeration Technician

    We are seeking a Refrigeration Technician to ensure optimal performance of refrigeration systems across Victory Farms facilities and logistical centers. The role involves installing and maintaining refrigeration units, diagnosing mechanical faults, and responding to emergencies to keep our cold chain operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Process and complete work orders efficiently, ensuring tasks are carried out within set timelines.
    • Install new refrigeration systems, troubleshoot mechanical failures, and perform scheduled equipment maintenance.
    • Diagnose refrigeration faults using specialized testing equipment where necessary and implement effective repairs.
    • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve refrigeration emergencies both at the farm and at the company’s logistical centres.
    • Inspect reefers, cold rooms, fleets, and other refrigeration equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with operational standards.
    • Adjust equipment, replace faulty parts, and ensure all systems are operating at peak efficiency.
    • Conduct routine services, including cleaning and lubricating, on cold storage equipment and reefer trucks.
    • Report damaged or faulty equipment to management promptly and advise on potential upgrades or alternate cooling units where appropriate.

    Academic and Professional Qualifications

    • Diploma, certificate, or training in Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related technical field
    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in refrigeration system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    • Proficiency with refrigeration tools, specialized diagnostic equipment, and repair techniques.
    • Strong knowledge of refrigeration safety procedures, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Physically fit and able to work in diverse site conditions, including cold environments.
