    Driver – Aftersales Department

      JOB PURPOSE

    • This role is responsible for the provision of transport services as requested, in line with the CMK guidelines on vehicle usage and safety.
    • Further, the position parks all customer cars in line with CMK guidelines for full security of the vehicles, as well as for proper utilisation of the parking areas.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

    • Pick and drop off customers safely as required to enhance the customers satisfaction index
    • Safely Park all customers’ vehicles in the designated areas ensuring that all windows are wound up and doors locked at the end of each day to secure the vehicles.
    • Pick and deliver customer vehicles in liaison with the workshop management team
    • Assist in parking yard management to facilitate smooth traffic operations
    • Compliment sublet operations in liaison with the tools store clerk by moving vehicles and components to suppliers and branch network
    • Carry out road tests in liaison with the service manager to test specific vehicle behaviour, eg software adaptation, for mechanical and electrical roadworthiness etc
    • Move vehicles in liaison with sales departments for events, branch transfers sublets etc
    • Facilitate maintenance of roadworthiness of company cars by initiating service and repairs, insurance renewal, retrofits etc
    • Maintain dealer operating standards in the line of duty
    • Schedule maintenance of company vehicles without delay to minimize vehicle breakdown
    • Understand and apply Kaizen within his work environment
    • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the company management

     KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum level of academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role
    • O’Level certificate of education, Driving licence minimum class B C E, Certificate in defensive driving course
    • Fluency in English language

    Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role

    • 3  years’ of experience in driving Passenger and Heavy commercial vehicles

    Sales Executive – Hino

    JOB PURPOSE

    • This position is responsible for selling the Hino trucks and buses to new and existing customers in view of growing the Hino market share in the country and increasing revenue.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
    Operational Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular field visits to prospect for clients in order to expand the customer and market base for the division
    • Attend to referrals and clients who visit the division’s showroom and promote products with a view of sales
    • Prepare accurate quotations to ensure prospective clients are fully informed on product prices for enhanced customer satisfaction, attraction and retention
    • Prepare sales reports as required to assist management monitor and enhance performance
    • Offer financing facilitation through sourcing, documentation and follow-up on finance applications for clients, to assist attract and retain customers
    • Coordinate the management of and follow through on any after sales issues that arise after vehicle delivery to the client for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention
    • Gather market information on a regular basis on other Hino competitions to assist in planning and decision making
    • Generate orders in SAP and consolidate all relevant KYC and required documents to ensure units are delivered to clients in a timely manner as per the CMK guidelines on sales
    • Participate in marketing activities to promote Hino products and product awareness in view of market expansion and acquisition of new customers
    • Attend marketing events to ensure customers to the events are attended to

    KNOWLEDGE,  SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum level of academic and professional  qualification required to perform effectively in the role
    • A minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role
    • 3 years of relevant experience from a recognized organization.

    Sales Executive - Suzuki

    JOB PURPOSE

    • This role is responsible for the achievement of the Suzuki sales targets to ensure the profitability of the branch.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB
    Managerial/Supervisory

    • N/A

    Operational Responsibilities

    • Conduct regular field visits to prospect for clients in order to generate sales and gather market information to assist in planning and decision making;
    • Actively follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from showroom, field activities and promotions to build prospects and close sales;
    • Prepare quotations in a timely manner in line with the CFAOMobility guidelines to assist close sales in a timely manner;
    • Create sales orders in the system to facilitate timely invoicing
    • Prepare sales calls programs for appointment bookings with prospective clients to facilitate sales plans;
    • Maintain regular contact with clients to promote retention and generate referrals and new business opportunities;
    • Consistently update customers on sales order progress, respond and resolve customer queries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
    • Advise clients on finance packages available through partner financial institutions, and assist the clients in filling the required documentation to ensure the sales deals are closed;
    • Liaise with Finance to ensure payment terms are clearly agreed and communicated to the customer, and proper finance documentation, to minimise customer complaints and enhance the closing of sales deals;
    • Follow up on vehicle registration documents including logbooks to ensure the documentation is availed to the customer in a timely manner for enhanced customer satisfaction and retention;
    • Actively participate in promotional and customer training activities to market the company’s products and services to increase product awareness for enhanced sales;
    • Provide information to management and the marketing team on market intelligence to assist garner information required to develop aggressive marketing and sales strategies for the CFAO Mobility Suzuki brands;
    • Submit accurate weekly deliveries and order intake data to the sales supervisor to keep track of the monthly sales targets as per budget;
    • Support in the unit ordering process to ensure optimal stock holding at all times;
    • Liaise with pre-owned vehicles section on evaluation and validation of customer vehicles trade-ins requests
    • Assist customers in filing government tax documentation e.g. I tax in order to prepare advance tax d

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum level of academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role
    • Degree in sales and marketing or other relevant field
    • Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role
    • 2 years’ working experience in sales in the automotive industry
