    Marketer - FMCG

    Job Description
    Responsibilities

    • Generating leads.
    • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
    • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
    • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
    • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
    • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
    • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
    • Understanding and promoting company programs.
    • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
    • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
    • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
    • Maintaining client records.
    • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
    • And any other duties allocated.

    Requirements

    • Business Degree in Sales and or Marketing 
    • 3 years of experience in a similar role
    • Familiar with the relevant software programs
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Accountant - FMCG

    JOB PROFILE

    Responsibilities

    • Processing the payroll and reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
    • Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for the directors.
    • Preparing monthly forecasts & annual budgets prepares all allocations
    • Ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and Redberry procedures.
    • Processing financial entries, documents, and reports.
    • Reviewing accounts payables and Receivables
    • Bank and petty cash reconciliation.
    • Preparing financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret the current and projected company financial position.
    • Analyzing transactional processes and identifying areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved.
    • Applying cost accounting methods to achieve an accurate representation of cost center performance.
    • Responsible for all taxes obligations.
    •  Any other duties allocated to him/her.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s degree in B. Com, Financial Management, and Accounting Degree.
    • 3 years experience as an Accountant in a FMCG company.
    • CPA-K
    • Familiar with the relevant software programs
    • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be able to deliver under strict deadlines and handle pressure effectively.

    Procurement Officer - Engineering & Building

    Job Purpose: 

    • To coordinate Procurement activities to meet user requirements from across the Company and liaises with various stakeholders to ensure that the required materials and services are sourced to meet the scheduled timelines of various projects undertaken by the Company.  

    Key Responsibilities:  

    • Sources materials & services from local and overseas suppliers. 
    • Negotiates with suppliers on the best prices for the required materials and services.
    • Daily follow-up on all orders for timely delivery/shipping and as per the laid down Customs procedures.  
    • Responsible for Projects requisitions and purchases.
    • Processes purchase orders and shares with suppliers.
    • Responsible for ensuring that specifications for various project purchases are met by the supplier when receiving the orders. 
    • Forwards & follows up for payment completion by accounts. 
    • Follows up with clearing agents & ensures that applicable payments are done on time for timely delivery of the goods.
    • Summarizes daily progress & advance reports. 
    • Responsible for handling projects GRNs. 
    • Performs any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management. 
    • A minimum of 4 rs experience in Purchasing/ Procurement in an Engineering or  Construction Company;  
    • Must be familiar with ERP Systems; 
    • Must be familiar with import procedures; 
    • Must have a vast knowledge of local & Overseas Supplies; 
    • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills; 
    • Good Computer knowledge esp. MS Suite (Excel, PPT, word); 
    • A person of high integrity.
    • Handled Procurement of major engineering projects 
    • Previous working experience in overseas materials procurement.
