    HR & Admin Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business objectives.
    • Regularly reviewing the Human Resource policies and procedures and measuring the results against standards.
    • Providing insight on leadership and development programs to strengthen business results.
    • Managing the recruitment cycle. Managing the training plan according to the policies and strategy.
    • Ensure that employee health, safety and welfare are taken into consideration and implemented where necessary.
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management is followed through thoroughly. 
    •  Putting in place succession planning strategies.
    • Implementing effective reward management and remuneration policies.
    • Conducting risk assessment and analysis of people-related issues.
    • Developing and implementing a consistent and strategic approach to talent management processes.
    • Lead the performance management process. Designing KPI, implementation, and review
    • Effective time management, payroll processing, and statutory compliance as per policy
    • Focus on safety and health standards in order to make sure that their teams have good knowledge of safe working conditions.
    • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
    • Work assigned by the company.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from a recognized institution. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 yrs experience in all fields of HR, with the last 6 years at the management level.
    • Be a full member/member with a valid practicing license from the Institute of Human Resources Management (IHRM).
    • Preferred from the fruits/food processing sector
    • Technical and Behavioural Skills, Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Strategic communication and reporting skills.

    Tech Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet and exceed your set revenue and product target by developing relationships with targeted customers. 
    • Engage with clients at a senior, decision-making level to understand their business needs, leverage our Solutions to meet the customer’s business needs, and grow relationships with a longer-term focus.
    • Create a long-term and short-term strategy as HOD in the conveyance of how you can show the capability to meet and exceed set targets.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a Sales and/or Marketing related field.
    • Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications or its equivalent.
    • 6 years relevant working experience in sales & marketing management three of which should be at a senior level preferably in an ICT environment.
    • Proven experience in ICT-related is an added advantage. (Exam MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Sophos Sales, Bitdefender Sales, Parallels RAS Sales, and Managed IT Sales)
    • Proven Tech Solution Selling or Consultative sales skills with high levels of data documentation.
    • Experience in business development and proven client relationship acquisition.
    • Excellent presentation skills.
    • Proven over-achievement of sales targets.
    • A quick learner of new systems and IT solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills.

    Duties and responsibilities

    HR & Admin Assistant – Real Estate

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintaining a secure but effective human resource records management system by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
    • Co-ordinating and ensuring staff Recruitment & Selection, Orientation & Placement to respective department;
    • Documenting and managing all staff records and ensuring they are complete, accurate, securely well-kept and up to date;
    • Preparation of staff Appointment letters, Employment contracts, Disciplinary memos and recommendation letters.
    • Prepare and coordinate induction programs for newly recruited employees.
    • Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
    • Coordinating performance management and employee evaluation.
    • Dealing with employee grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
    • Maintaining staff leave/off days balance reports.
    • Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
    • Overseeing exit interviews.
    • Looking after health, safety and welfare of all employees.
    • Develop individual work plans, monitor own performance and seek requisite support to ensure delivery of agreed targets.
    • Prepare HR and administration reports as required from time to time.
    • Assisting with administrative duties in the company including maintaining general office files, Directors files and all other filing which may be advised from time to time.
    • Ensure safe custody of important company documents which include: Tenancy leases, Land Titles, Company Incorporation documents, contracts documents, policy documents and any other document advised by the management from time to time.
    • Preparing official documents including office correspondence, lease agreements preparations and review.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements: Annual Employee returns to NEA, NSSF, NHIF
    • Management of master roll, and attendance registers.
    • Preparation and circulation of Minutes of management meetings. 
    • Administration of staff benefits as per company policy and procedure.
    • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

    Key Skill and Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree in HRM or Higher National Diploma in HRM.
    • 2-5 years of relevant experience in both HR and Admin
    • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, on-boarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
    • IHRM Membership will be an added advantage.
    • Good understanding of labor laws and regulations.
    • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
    • Proven problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
    • Ability to work well with a team.
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of integrity and ethics.
