    Payables Accountant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate vendor register
    • Management of vendor payments
    • Capture monthly accruals of recurrent expenditure
    • Ensuring accurate transaction posting, assigning the collect GL accounts and cost centres
    • Maintain listing and supporting document of vendor prepayments, ensuring tax invoices are received, posted and applied
    • Timely monthly filing of WHT and WHT VAT accurately and ensure reconciliations are shared with DFM & CFM by 5th every month
    • Accurate posting of supplier invoices and ensuring compliance to controls
    • Maintaing accurate vendor accounts reconciliations
    • Maintan the aging accounts payables report - monthly & weekly
    • Support external and internal audits and ensure effective implementation of audit recommendations
    • Vendor relationship management - enquiries, clarifications & complaints

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Degree in B.Com/Accounting
    • CPA K/ACCA
    • Member of recognised professional accounting body ACCA/CA/CIMA"
    • A minimum of 5 years in a similar role in a busy manufacturing or FMCG environment

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Good understanding of accounting principles including accrual accounting, reconciliations and general ledger journals
    • A high level of knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
    • In depth understanding of manufacturing/FMCG processes
    • Demonstrated professional competence and administrative capability as reflected in work performance and results
    • Strong financial and accounting knowledge (IFRS)
    • Strong consolidation knowledge and experience
    • Financial analysis experience
    • Good knowledge of any accounting software or ERP e.g profix and Syspro
    • Good understanding of accounting principles including accrual accounting, reconciliations and general ledger journals

    IML Automation & Instrumentation Engineer

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Identification of new opportunities for automation within the manufacturing process
    • Implement engineering solutions to solve manufacturing challenges, customer requirements, and product quality improvements from concept to commissioning
    • Program new PLC/HMI devices as well as maintain and update existing PLC/HMI systems.
    • Provide training and guidance to all employee levels in the operation and maintenance of new equipment.
    • Improve quality, cycle-time and profitability in the IML manufacturing process.
    • Identify root cause of reported issues including supporting investigation, analysis, and help prioritize corrective actions and preventative actions (CAPA)
    • Develop and maintain clear and accurate documentation of automation equipment or processes particularly in the IML Line
    • Design Preventive, Predictive maintenance strategies, procedures and methods to ensure operational reliability and availability of the plant and ensure optimal machine, mold and utilities are available for achieving 95% efficiency for IML

    Academic & Professional Qualification

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BTECH)
    • Certified Automation Engineer (PLC, SCADA & HMI)

    Knowledge & Experience

    • Manufacturing Automation Engineer with over 5 years’ experience specifically in IML, Instrumentation and Robotics
    • At least 5 years proven hands on experience in Maintenance & Engineering in a top tier Plastics Manufacturing based in Asia, Middle East and Africa.
    • Experience with electro-mechanical and electrical assembles in the automation environment.
    • Quality Management System (QMS) and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) exposure.
    • Understanding and functional knowledge of PLC’s, low voltage controls, three phase power distribution, vision systems. Electronic sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics and robotics
    • Lean manufacturing practices (Kanban, Poke-Yoke, JIT, Value Stream Mapping)
    • Equipment Engineering, Technical, Preventive, Breakdown, Predictive and Spare Parts management.
    • Installation / Erection & Commissioning of new/upgradation projects
    • Health and Safety Management
    • Maintenance of molds & tools.
    • Energy Conservation Management

    Retail Digital Transformation Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Identify, develop, and execute marketing and communication plans using data-driven analytics to drive volume, profit, market share, and market penetration for the company and its product.
    • Execute marketing and communication plans with excellence and evaluate their ROI.
    • A brand custodian who ensures brand maintenance and control of the company brand equity and visual identity is conformed to drive customer awareness of the company brand and its products.
    • Manage all customer touchpoints, including but not limited to customer relations and online media.
    • Co-develop and implement marketing strategies that build a strong company brand and products, accelerate customer acquisition and loyalty, market share, and brand awareness.
    • Develop strategic partnership activities, implement the execution framework, and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

    • Identify and manage all aspects of digital marketing, Google ads, website SEO, social media, and e-commerce for the company brands
    • Design, oversee, implement, monitor, and measure customer experience to maximize customer satisfaction, loyalty, trust, and retention

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Degree in marketing or related discipline.
    • 4+ years of digital marketing, marketing analytics, or email marketing experience, preferably in a related industry.
    • Strong communication skills – written and oral.
    • Ability to track, measure, and report on results of email marketing campaigns to determine ROI.
    • Sufficient experience in marketing automation and content asset management systems.
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data.
