    Office Receptionist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meeting, greeting, welcoming and directing companys clients/visitors.
    • Answering, screening and forwarding companys calls.
    • Taking messages and ensuring they are passed on to the right staff member in time.
    • Perform basic booking, filling, clerical duties and secretarial duties such as photocopying, fax documentation, monitor, control and order office supplies.
    • Book and schedule meeting on behalf of the company.
    • Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mails and packages.
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access by monitoring logbook and issue visitors cards.
    • Ensure tidiness and presentation of the reception area with all necessary stationery and materials.
    • Perform any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

    Required Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Proven work experience of at least 1 year as a receptionist, front office representative or a similar role.
    • A Diploma or a Certificate in Front Office, Office reception, Secretarial studies or any related field.
    • Hands on experience with office equipment such as printers and computers.
    • Proficiency in Computer skills and professional phone etiquettes.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • High levels of organization skills and ability to multitask.
    • Time management, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize.

    FMCG Sales Executive- Kisumu

     

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Handle Route to Market to open new markets for the company products
    • Prospect and develop new business leads
    • Strategically identify sales opportunities in the field
    • Uphold the coverage plan while achieving the target.
    • Achieve his/her sales targets consistently despite obstacles.
    • Implement perfectly and immediately all consumer and trade promotions launched in his/her section
    • Maintain the integrity of all company assets primarily the vehicle driven, tab and other signage or POS materials given
    • Ensure accurate and timely cash collection per company policy; then deposit with the company cashier on daily basis.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
    • Build a sales strategy to ensure both long- and short-term goals and objectives are met.
    • Demonstrating business value to stockists, wholesalers, kiosks and other market players with the aim of listing company products with them.
    • Develop and cultivate customer relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Diploma/Degree in sales and Marketing is an added advantage.
    • 2-3 years of work experience preferably in fast moving consumer goods-FMCG.

    Executive Driver / PA

    Job Purpose:

    We are looking for a reliable, experienced Executive Driver /PA who is proactive and organized to join our clients growing team. In this position, you will play a key role of driving and running the day-to-day directors activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Driving the directors to their destinations upon request.
    • Preparing and scheduling directors meetings and appointments.
    • Handling emails and other correspondences on behalf of the directors.
    • Flight & Hotel booking for the directors and any other errand deemed necessary.
    • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle which include routine inspection and maintenance of the vehicles.
    • Acting as point of contact between the directors and third parties.
    • Taking minutes and reports for the directors in a meeting.
    • Perform any other duty as may be assigned from time to time

    Required Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Degree holder in any field from a recognized institution.
    • Degree in BCOM or related courses is an additional advantage.
    • A minimum of 3 years experience as a personal driver and a valid driving licence.
    • Excellent computer skills, MS word knowledge and technical ability to operate office gadgets such as connecting of the printers, computers & projectors.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • High levels of organization skills and ability to multitask.
    • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Sales & marketing and software management skills.
