    Graduate Trainee- Microbiologist

    Job Summary:

    • Ensure compliance in terms of Microbiology as per set statutory requirements and company set regulations. Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Execute departmental activities in alignment with production strategies, policies, and procedures to meet organizational goals.
    • Identify issues through microbiological analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
    • Continuously update and apply new knowledge in microbiological testing techniques and standards.
    • Prepare and oversee the daily implementation of work plans and schedules.
    • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly working environment.
    • Perform hygiene inspections within the production facility.
    • Implement quality, customer excellence, and change initiatives to support business objectives and culture.
    • Apply proper calibration and handling procedures for microbiological equipment.
    • Possess strong knowledge of chemical analysis related to food products.
    • Supervise inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

    • TPM Total Productive Maintenance.

    • Analytical Skills.
    • Reporting & Presentation Skills.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma/Degree in Microbiology/any other relevant course
    • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the role

    Quality Controller

    Job Summary:

    • Implement product and process quality to ensure conformance as per set specifications to meet customer requirements.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Implement departmental strategies in alignment with production policies, processes, and organizational objectives.
    • Monitor processes to ensure products meet required quality parameters.
    • Authorize release of finished goods in the QA SAP module for transfer to final storage.
    • Maintain accurate records of quality checks by updating checklists at required intervals.
    • Train and guide staff on quality parameters as outlined in standard operating procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols.
    • Drive best practices in production and workplace quality, including GMP and 5S methodology.

    Key Skills:

    • Ensuring products comply with quality standards.
    • Adhere to & maintain EHS and regulatory standards.
    • On time, in full quality checks. Achieving the target cost

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemistry/Food Science
    • 2-3Years' minimum Experience in Manufacturing company is an added advantage
