    Director Insurance Products

    What You’ll Be Driving:

    Product Strategy & Development:

    • Develop and execute the overall insurance product strategy in alignment with the company's goals.
    • Identify market opportunities and create innovative insurance products to meet customer needs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
    • Continuously evaluate product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure all insurance products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Stay abreast of changes in regulations and adjust product offerings accordingly.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and maintain strong relationships.

    Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning:

    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
    • Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to position products effectively.

    Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to align product objectives with business goals.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and product performance.

    Operational Efficiency:

    • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence and efficient processes.
    • Develop and implement policies, guidelines, and frameworks to streamline product management.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor the insurance product team to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the team.

    Who You Are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
    • Professional certifications in insurance (e.g., ACII, CPCU) are highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in insurance product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of insurance market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles.
    • Proven track record of developing and launching successful insurance products.
    • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience working cross-functionally.

    Director of Risk and Compliance

    What You’ll Be Driving:

    Strategic Risk Management:

    • Develop and implement an enterprise risk management framework that aligns with organizational goals.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.
    • Provide strategic risk insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
    • Continuously monitor emerging risks and industry trends to adjust risk strategies proactively.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure the organization's compliance with all relevant local and international regulations and industry standards.
    • Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies, procedures, and control mechanisms.
    • Liaise with regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and audits.

    Financial Crime Prevention:

    • Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) requirements.
    • Work closely with audit and legal teams to strengthen the financial crime compliance framework.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Act as a key liaison with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
    • Provide risk and compliance advisory to business units, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Foster relationships with industry peers to stay updated on best practices and regulatory changes.

    Leadership and Team Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing risk and compliance team.
    • Foster a risk-aware culture by providing training and support across the organization.
    • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the risk and compliance functions.

    Who You Are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
    • Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Compliance Professional (CCP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or governance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within financial services, banking, or regulated industries.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Basel II/III, IFRS, AML regulations, and corporate governance standards.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

    Director of Actuarial Services

    What You’ll Be Driving:

    • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute actuarial strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
    • Provide expert insights to senior management on risk, pricing, and profitability.
    • Lead actuarial input in strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, and business expansion initiatives.
    • Actuarial Modeling & Analysis:

    • Conduct scenario testing, sensitivity analysis, and capital modeling.

    Who You Are:

    • Fellowship or Associate membership of a recognized actuarial body (e.g., FIA, FSA, ASA).
    • Minimum of 10+ years of actuarial experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.
    • Strong expertise in actuarial modelling tools and software (e.g., Prophet, SAS, R, Python).
