    QSSK-DGM-TSR-Technical Sales Representatives (Ruiru)

    Job Role Description

    To support the organization, realize its strategic intent on customer Service through effectively signing up new customers’ as well as servicing the signed-up ones with the LPG cylinders filled with gas

    Roles And Responsibilities

    • Responsible for signing up /enrolling new customers to use LPG gas and other accessories offered by the company in their houses, preferably in the kitchen area
    • Verify customer identification by checking original documents. Call back on the telephone line to confirm the phone number.
    • Satisfactorily take the customer through the contract ahead of installation
    • Request the customer to re-arrange the house in readiness for the cooking solution taking ventilation into consideration
    • Ensure the customer/user is present at the time of installation.
    • Perform the task of signing up customer, installation, battery change and cylinder change as well as any other task as may be assigned by the team leader from time to time.
    • Responsible for giving honest feedback to operations on any consumer complaints.
    • Responsible for the safe keeping of the support resources provided by the company to ensure smooth operations in the field (Phones, PPEs and Merchandize)
    • Responsible for effectively communicating to the customers on any information that will make the experience of the customer good.
    • Responsible for managing the delivery process as stipulated by the organization and use of the required technology
    • Plays a role in giving vital information to the organization around the competitors activities
    • Manages and maintains all the customers accounts in each area.
    • Responsible for taking care of the LPG gas Cylinders and the accessories on the vehicle (TUKs, Motor Bikes, Canters, etc.)

    Qualifications And Skills Required

    • Form 4 Certificate, Sales qualification, and at least 2 years working in sales and customer service role
    • Experience working in Sales and Customer Acquisition and customer support
    • Integrity, Honesty, Commitment to Company goals
    • Individual initiative good communication skills on the telephone and in person
    • Friendly and helpful interpersonal style
    • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

    QSSK-DGM-EA-Executive Assistant

    Job Role Description

    The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the schedules/calendar and communications for the managing director. Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings, and presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements.

    Key Roles And Responsibilities

    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date calendar for the Managing director Schedule engagements and meetings and prepare responses.
    • Coordinate and follow up the organization of meetings/events and issuance of Agenda and Minutes of Meetings, facilitate logistical arrangements in collaboration with the concerned Departments.
    • Assist in covering the proceedings of the Managing Directors Meetings as well as Meetings of specialized Committees established for specific project or agendas.
    • Assist in preparing the periodic reports that will be sent to the Managing director or higher authority.
    • Coordinate the arrangement of travel and logistical requirements of the Managing Director for missions and events.

    • Prepare information for internal and external distribution which includes letters and memos, compiling data for reports, creating presentations, writing reports and speeches, and other information preparation duties
    • Set up and manage the record-keeping for the managing director, this involves both electronic and paper filing systems.

    Qualifications And Education Required

    • Bachelors’ Degree in a Business-related course from a recognized institution
    • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience, in a similar role in a co-corporate environment.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Computer applications

    QSSK-DF-BDM-Business Development Manager

    Roles And Responsibilities

    • Develop the business in the District Cooling area, primarily focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa, East, and West Africa, secondarily and in Africa in general.
    • In this respect, you would develop the potential opportunity pipeline, which includes mapping existing systems and potential short to mid-term opportunities.
    • You would also be responsible for building relationships with Key Accounts in the Sub-Saharan Africa region. Thus, you would be expected to work tightly with front-line sales and support functions in sales, as well as with regional management.
    • You would implement a general District Energy strategy, specifically the part connected with District Cooling. This involves conveying the value proposition to the markets, adjusting and tailoring fitting, as well as providing feedback from the value proposition to product management.
    • You will be expected to be updated on product improvement modifications and new product opportunities in the defined markets.
    • The primary product groups you will develop and assess sales opportunities for the company are control components (motorized control valves, self-acting pressure independent controls, actuators, sensors, and line components e.g., ball valves) and optimization and monitoring SW, and where possible also identify opportunities for the secondary side of district cooling. The secondary product group will be energy transfer stations.

    Qualifications And Skills Required.

    • A Master’s degree in business/sales combined with solid business development and/or sales experience along with great communication and collaboration skills is required.
    • Understanding of HVAC systems with an emphasis on District energy
    • Understanding of mechanical, electronic, and SW products used in HVAC systems
    • Knowledge about products used in District Cooling is an advantage
    • Fluency in English, any language spoken in the African region would be an added advantage Classified as Business
