    Head of Logistics and Warehouse

    Key Requirements:

    • Planning routes for various collection points daily
    • Ensuring preparation and checking of pickup notes and relevant documents
    • Data entry with respect to the oil collection received from business operators in Microsoft dynamics Navision
    • Follow up with vendors about pick-up schedules
    • Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports to share with the general management
    • Change periods for vendors and change intervals for routes if necessary
    • Responds to calls from current and new vendors and plan the pick-up and delivery of drums
    • Ensure efficient operation of the warehouse
    • Follow up and ensure third parties are performing their duties as required
    • Coordinate with the logistics provider for the transfer of oil from the storage tanks to the tankers
    • Ensure all activities are done ensuring health and safety standards
    • Ensure all the vehicles in the fleet are well maintained
    • Ensure all the equipment in the warehouse is very well maintained.

    Qualification:

    • Must have a logistics/supply chain/transportation function or a related course
    • Must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar field
    • Must have a thorough knowledge of operations procedures & processes
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

    Regional Accountant (East Africa)

    Key Requirements:

    • Develop all internal controls and policies designed to ensure that all financial compliance requirements are met.
    • Ensure accounting and reporting records are maintained for Kenya, Tanzania and Mauritius.
    • Management of Transfer Pricing and Policy and intergroup billing.
    • Tracking payments and processing invoices.
    • Tax filing and processing tax payments.
    • Management of audit preparations and processes.
    • Liaising with local revenue authorities.
    • Liaising with the company’s bankers.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be registered with Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in audit.
    • Familiar with QuickBooks.
    • Excellent command of English (Spoken & Written).

    Head Barista

    Key Requirements:

    • Manage day-to-day operations of the café.
    • Bring in more customers and drive business growth in regard to speed and quality of service and drinks at the café.
    • Ensure accurate record keeping for the business including sales, inventory and accounting management.

    Front Office Associate

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Handling
    • Receive and conclude all client visits while ensuring that Serenity’s client experience is met.
    • Capture all client details on the phone such as phone number and full names on booking the client.
    • Ensure that all clients fill in an indemnity form before being attended to by therapists.
    • Organize and book all client appointments using the booking software.

    • Escalate inappropriate actions or comments experienced while executing duty
    • To receive and document payments accurately through the software and updating the daily report with modes of transaction used (cash, M-pesa, credit card).

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma in hospitality, front office, communication, or related field
    • At LEAST 2 years’ experience.

    Stores Operations Manager

    Key Requirements:

    • To establish all seasonal Retail estimates and budgets, and to prepare Retail concept, strategy and tactics within the overall company plan.
    • Responsible for all Company Assets within the Respective Stores including Stocks.
    • Oversee and grow all Retail business.
    • Prepare, in co-operation with the District Managers and Retail Statistician, Seasonal and weekly estimates for all stores.
    • Follow through preparation and review store profitability analysis and to take corrective measures.

    • Co-ordinate with Real Estate Manager, to keep control of leases and ensuring that new agreements are negotiated in good time.
    • Submit proposals for the re-modeling of existing stores adhering to company policy on store standardization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in sales & Marketing or relevant field.
    • Minimum 7 years’ experience with 3 years in the same role.
