The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational systems, identifying and escalating incidents, maintaining accurate data, and supporting the timely flow of information to clients and relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor operational and tracking systems, identify incidents or potential risks, and prepare clear and timely alerts for escalation.
• Collate, process, and analyze current information to support the preparation and dissemination of daily operational reports and updates.
• Maintain daily oversight of tracking platforms and other electronic systems used within the Operations Centre.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in Excel spreadsheets, databases, and other operational systems in line with established procedures.
• Handle incoming calls and client enquiries professionally, ensuring information and requests are directed to the appropriate personnel.
• Support 24/7 client operations by relaying incidents, information requests, and operational updates to the relevant authorities or stakeholders.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and operational information while carrying out additional duties as required to support the Operations Centre.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors/diploma, in computer studies or a relevant course.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili; knowledge of Somali, French, or Arabic will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to assess information accurately.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Ability to work variable shifts as part of a 24/7 operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales, revenue, and gross profit targets.
• Identify, pursue, and acquire new customers across freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, and 3PL services.
• Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, NGOs, retailers, and other key decision-makers across East Africa.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations, negotiate terms, and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, track opportunities through CRM systems, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates.
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and retention of customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities across East Africa while representing the company at relevant industry and networking events.

Key Qualifications

• Recent experience in business development or sales within an international freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL company.
• Experience selling international freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, and integrated logistics solutions.
• An existing network of customers and decision-makers within the East African logistics and supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales, revenue, and gross profit targets.
• Willingness to travel within East Africa.

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who takes pride in a well-run, accurate store.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming raw materials and bought-in goods against purchase orders in our inventory system — verify quantity and quality, record accurate receipt dates, and flag shortages, overages or damage.
• Issue materials to production against manufacturing orders (MOs) and record consumption accurately.
• Receive finished goods from packing into the finished-goods store and book them into our inventory system.
• Pick, pack and record transfers
• Own stock accuracy: run regular cycle counts, maintain bin locations, reconcile the system against physical stock, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Keep the stores clean, organised, labelled and secure; apply FIFO where it matters.
• Flag low stock and reorder triggers to the Inventory Planner and support the replenishment cycle.
• Maintain clean receiving records, stock movements and stock reports.
• Uphold stock security, housekeeping and safety standards in the stores.

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years in stores, warehouse or inventory control, ideally in manufacturing or retail distribution.
• Hands-on experience with an inventory / MRP / ERP system and able to learn a new system quickly.
• Strong numeracy and accuracy, with a disciplined, systematic approach to record-keeping.
• Organised, reliable and honest.
• Understanding of bills of materials (BOMs), and familiarity with cycle-counting and stock-accuracy practices.
