As our new hire, you’ll: 

• Drive IT project deliverables alongside internal teams and tech vendors 
• Champion ERP and web application usage across warehouse operations 
• Oversee the logistics, inventory, and quality control of fresh produce 
• Lead user training and ensure smooth rollouts of new systems and SOPs 
• Balance people, process, and technology in a fast-paced environment 

 We’re Looking For: 

• Experience in warehouse operations (2–3+ years preferred) 
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and tech solutions 
• Critical thinking, adaptability, and strong communication skills 
• A problem-solver with a knack for collaborating across teams
