​​​​​Key Responsibilities

• Setting up new equipment and systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly.
• Conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting problems, and repairing faulty equipment.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues, often through diagnostic testing.
• Providing technical advice, training, and support to clients.
• Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including repairs and maintenance.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to provide feedback and improve service delivery.
• Oversee overall service delivery and ensure adherence to service standards and response timelines.

Key Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar technical service role.
• Atleast 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with pumps, control panels, solar equipment, water treatment systems, or pool technology.
• Strong diagnostic, trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Delivering services to customers effectively and on time.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Competency in driving / motorbike riding with a Valid driving license.
• Basic IT skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new clients in need of our product range.
• Provide technical advice and product recommendations to clients based on their needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consultants.
• Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales targets to Meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline status.

Key Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical sales (experience in water pumping solutions/solar industry is a plus).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences. Competency in driving / motorbike riding with a Valid driving license.
• Flexible to work anywhere in the country.
• Basic IT skills.
