    Creative Director

    Our client is currently seeking to hire a Creative Director who is inspirational and conceptual, but above all dedicated to the visual craft of design.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    1.  Lead and participate in the creative development of briefs from concept to execution.
    2.  Create visual language for quick-turn objectives as well as larger campaigns both for clients and internal projects.
    3.  Principally lead and direct all aesthetic decisions; be ready to back them up with solid thinking.
    4.  Create a design workflow and direct workflow for all digital projects.
    5.  Design independently as well as collaborate with our broader team of designers, developers, copywriters, creative directors, UX designers, and production teams.
    6.  Join strategic concept meetings for new and existing business opportunities.
    7.  Translate client’s marketing objectives into clear, compelling, brand-appropriate communications.
    8. Ensure that all work meets or exceeds the quality standards required.

    Requirements

    •  Experience in handling concepts, presentations, and roll out for digital deliverables such as UI/IX design for web and app, animations, motion graphics, and ATL design.
    •  Strong design ability with a focus on digital development.
    •  Expert working proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
    •  Previous experience in web or digital development.
    •  Previous experience in marketing or advertising communications.
    •  Natural creative thinker who is excited about new ideas.
    •  Passion for performance creative and an understanding of the necessity of experience creative.
    •  Attention to detail, results-oriented, and a team player. 
    •  Ability to deal with ambiguity, strong problem-solving skills, exercise sound business judgment.
    •  Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to align with current business needs.
    •  Focused; a self-starter with experience working in a very fast-paced environment.
    •  Experience in managing and leading teams

    Sales Account Manager

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Ensure target in occupancy in all accommodation facilities is achieved.
    • Generate target revenue in sales revenue for all operational units annually.
    • Increase on Market Shares Penetration
    • Increased Account Profitability by room nights/revenue by set target
    • Create and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners as the primary point of contact , especially OTAs
    • Measure and report performance against campaign goals
    • Create and present online advertising sales presentations to prospective clients and close the sale accordingly
    • Work with appropriate internal teams to ensure execution and follow through on all client inquiries, issues, and subsequent solutions.
    • Also work with internal teams to launch new products, promotions, inventory, and service existing partner’s needs
    • Work with Management, Sales and Marketing in developing and presenting new marketing concepts to partners
    • Monitor competitor’s sites, rates, inventories, new initiatives and use this knowledge to make informed recommendations to management.
    • Proactively communicate to all hotels offerings on all platforms
    • In charge of the monthly newsletter (defining content and ensuring monthly send) 

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 year’s experience within the travel/ hospitality industry, experience of working with hotel owners, GMs, Operations
    • Experience in working with OTAs and various online tools
    • Digital and content management skills

    Sales Representative – FMCG

    Core Responsibilities

    • Execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales volumes and revenue targets.
    • Manage customer experience through visits and timely deliveries to drive sales volumes.
    • Implement market penetration and development plans for existing and new markets.
    • Implement promotional programs to grow sales volumes.
    • Credit management by ensuring company approved credit limits are observed and follow up on outstanding payments.
    • Create product demand and volume by ensuring point of sale visibility.
    • Prepare and maintain periodical sales activities reports.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a business related field.
    • At least (3) years’ experience in a sales position in an FMCG organization.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-driven with a passion for results.
    • Proven integrity, transparency and accountability(Certificate of good conduct required)
    • Must hold a valid driving licence
