    Senior Relationship Manager

    Job Purpose Statement

    To participate in the profitability of the Bank through provision of exemplary Relationship Management to Custodial clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as continuous research and implementation of custodial best practice, both nationally and internationally. The role holder delivers first class service against agreed service standards and builds relationships and rapport with custody clients. The role holder is also responsible for building trusted and valued partnerships with custody clients at the daily transactional and operational level.

    Job Specifications

    • Academic: A Bachelor’s degree any Business related field.
    • Professional: Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ), Regulation & Compliance Course, Bonds and Fixed Income Markets Course. Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) qualifications will be an added advantage.

    Desired work experience:

    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in banking particularly securities services (custody, Fund Administration), including at least 5 years in a similar role.
    • Prior management experience a plus

    Relationship Manager, Premier banking

    Job Purpose Statement

    The Premier Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for acquiring, servicing and managing HNW client relationships through one on one engagement, identifying client needs and

    Ideal Job Specifications

    Academic:

    • Master’s Degree will be an added advantage

    Professional:

    • Customer Relationship Management Course
    • Sales Course
    • CISI Certified Level 1 will be an added advantage
    • Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) will be an added advantage
    • Desired work experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience 5 of which should be in a sales and service related role within a financial services institution serving HNW customers. In-depth knowledge of the local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulations.     Portfolio Manager, Business Support

    Job Purpose Statement

    To plan, manage and lead a portfolio of business support projects, ensuring alignment of business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains. The business units under business support portfolio include; information technology and operations, credit risk management, finance and strategy, human resources management, enterprise risk and compliance and internal audit. This is a key strategic role within the bank that designs, executes and integrates projects at both the strategic and tactical levels, to deliver on the banks corporate strategic objectives. The role works with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective allocation and coordination of corporate resources in the execution of these initiatives. The following are the main processes and systems supported by this role:

    Ideal Job Specifications

    • Academic: Degree holder in Business, IT or Operations from a recognized University (min – 2nd class upper or equivalent) with professional qualification in Project Management. A Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Operations would be an added advantage.
    • Professional: Must have an in-depth knowledge of Agile ways of work using SAFe Framework and agility in either PMP, PMBOK or Prince 2.
    • Desired work experience: 7 years’ experience in delivering large scale high budget projects or programmes within the financial sector with a minimum of 5 years as a project manager.
