    Administrative Assistant, General Insurance - Kenya

    Introduction

    Reporting to the Team Leader, Service Provider Management, the job holder will maintain and handle all administration duties in the department as per the standards of service.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Business Related Degree
    • Customer Service experience will be an added advantage

    Job Specification

    • Ensure customers complaints are addressed in time
    • Manages daily operational (client service and or administrative) delivery within claims department.
    • Preparing reports, schedule meetings and maintain diary ensuring reports delivered on time.
    • Ensuring adequacy of stationery in the department.
    • Organize and co-ordinate departmental functions.
    • Ensure all equipment are functioning correctly in the department.
    • Develops and maintains procedural documentation e,g service provider documentation, signed SOPs and SLAs.  
    • Provides input to other areas i.e. client feedback/queries.
    • Establishes and maintains relationships with Internal stakeholders.

    Performance Analyst-Asset Management-Kenya

    Introduction

    This role is responsible for performance generation, performance comparison, basic attribution analysis, generation of asset management data for business level reporting. The role requires an understanding of different investment asset classes and sources of returns to an investor. In addition to asset management metrics, terminology and computation methodology to be applied.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Appropriate use of interpersonal styles and communication techniques to gain commitment from others.
    • Ability to apply analytical, integrative, lateral and systematic thinking skills.
    • At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Technical Knowledge – investment analysis and portfolio management

    Degree

    Professional papers related to asset management or similar field will be an added advantage

    Job Specification

    • Performance generation per portfolio
    • Interrogation of portfolio, asset class performance
    • Aggregation of performance statistics at a business level
    • Generation of asset management metrics for business reporting
    • Performance data supplied for Request for Proposals submissions
    • The nature of the role is specialised knowledge work
    • Communication focuses on transferring of relatively complex information.
    • Any other duties related to the role.
    • Will work closely with Portfolio Managers and GMD
