    HR Site Supervisor

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise HR staff and oversee daily departmental operations.
    • Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
    • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Handle employee relations issues and grievance procedures in line with labour laws and company policy.
    • Oversee performance management systems and appraisals. Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labour regulations.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
    • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
    • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory deductions (e.g., NSSF, NHIF, PAYE).
    • Support disciplinary actions and prepare related documentation.
    • Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
    • Promote a healthy and productive work environment.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 1-2years of experience in a similar role.
    • Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices
    • Strong leadership and people management skills
    • Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Requires flexibility to handle urgent HR issues as they arise.

    P1 Teacher

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute detailed lesson plans and learning activities aligned with the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
    • Deliver engaging, learner-centered lessons that utilize innovative methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. Integrate digital tools and instructional resources to enhance classroom delivery and student participation.
    • Conduct continuous formative and summative assessments to track and document learner progress across various competencies.
    • Establish a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that promotes CBC core values and positive behavior.
    • Identify students requiring special intervention and collaborate with school leadership and parents to support their needs.
    • Maintain professional documentation and participate in workshops and continuous professional development (CPD) programs.
    • Support holistic student development through active participation in co-curricular activities, projects, and mentorship.

    Requirements

    • P1 Certificate / Diploma in Education (mandatory).
    • Valid TSC registration/license (mandatory).
    • OCBC training certification (mandatory).
    • Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Experience in CBC curriculum implementation will be an added advantage.
    • Passion for teaching and learner development.
