    Videographer

    We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer, based in Mombasa, to join the Marketing Team. You will produce high-quality video content showcasing our spaces, cuisine, events, and guest experiences, strengthening our digital presence across multiple units.

    You will support content planning, execute shoots, edit engaging visuals, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms while collaborating with the marketing team to deliver impactful storytelling

    Responsibilities:

    • In this role, you will capture and edit high-quality video content of hotel spaces, food & beverage, events, and guest experiences to support brand visibility and marketing campaigns. You will assist in planning content calendars, create engaging short-form and long-form videos for digital and social platforms, and provide on-site production support during shoots.
    • You will be responsible for maintaining videography equipment, ensuring brand consistency across all video outputs, and collaborating with designers and digital marketers to deliver cohesive, high-impact content. Additionally, you will support campaign performance tracking to continuously enhance content effectiveness.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Diploma in Film Production, Videography, or a related course from a recognized institution in Kenya
    • At least 2 years of experience in videography, video editing, and content creation
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro (and After Effects is an added advantage)
    • Strong skills in video shooting, editing, sound, and post-production techniques
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong storytelling ability with a keen interest in digital content trends and hospitality branding

    Photographer

    We are seeking a talented Photographer to create high-quality, compelling imagery that brings our brand to life. You will capture hotel spaces, food & beverage offerings, events, and guest experiences, ensuring every image reflects our premium standards.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Diploma in Photography or a related course from a recognized institution in Kenya
    • At least 2 years of experience in professional photography, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or commercial shoots
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Lightroom and Photoshop
    • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and image editing techniques
    • Proven ability to manage multiple shoots and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail with a passion for visual storytelling and brand consistency
    • The role includes planning shoot schedules, maintaining photography equipment, and working closely with marketing and design teams to deliver visually consistent, impactful content across all platforms. Attention to detail and a strong creative eye are essential.

    Cook

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and present meals in accordance with standard recipes, ensuring consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
    • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
    • Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and follow instructions from senior culinary staff.
    • Monitor food quality, storage, and stock control to minimize waste, spoilage, and costs.
    • Ensure proper use, care, and reporting of kitchen equipment and maintenance issues.
    • Assist in training and supporting junior kitchen staff to meet required standards.
    • Maintain effective communication within the kitchen team and foster a professional working environment.
    • Comply with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
    • Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork, including attending meetings and performing additional duties as assigned.

    Key Qualifications  

    • Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Culinary Management, or Professional Cookery from a recognized institution.
    • 2–3 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
    • Strong knowledge of international and regional cuisines, fine dining, and menu planning.
    • Skilled in training and suporting junior kitchen staff to meet 5-star standards.
    • Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, hygiene, and high-volume service.
    • Ability to maintain consistent quality, presentation, and taste under pressure
    • Minimum Qualification: Diploma in hotel management,Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Culinary Management
