    Digital & Inside Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Implementation of effective Digital and Inside sales process
    • Team growth, performance evaluation and clarity about career path.
    • Owning and achieving the incredibly important strategic goal of building competent and productive inside sales team and achieving business goals of digital sales.
    • Analyzing data about sales trends in order to identify potential problems that could affect sales performance
    • Creating and managing advertising campaigns on digital platforms such as search engines, social media sites, and mobile applications
    • Working with other departments within a company to ensure that all aspects of a campaign are successful
    • Create and implement appropriate lead generation processes through all digital and remote methods, remote customer engagement sales and onboarding process.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Digital Marketing and Sales and marketing or any other related roles.
    • Five years of experience in a similar role

    Distribution Ecosystem Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Creating and expanding the network of Associate partners from IT community, accountants' fraternity, and similar relevant segments.
    • Owning and achieving the business goals and objectives by creating and nurturing the sales ecosystem.
    • Creating and mentoring Certified Partner Team, Associate Partner Team and Direct Account sales teams.
    • Evaluate and establish appropriate distribution relationships to maximize reach.
    • Ensure success and growth of certified partners.
    • Continuous exploration and creation of large opportunities by directly engaging with strategic entities, trade bodies and Govt organizations.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Sales & Marketing.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Prior Experience in managing direct and indirect sales operations in similar space.
    • Experience with ICT Channels in Kenya.

    Senior Manager (Capacity Building)

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure the supply of trained and productive resources to all the business teams as per the agreed plan
    • Responsible for creating competent capacity by owning the entire cycle of the internship program end-to-end
