Senior Manager (Capacity Building) at Crystal Recruit

Responsibilities

• Ensure the supply of trained and productive resources to all the business teams as per the agreed plan
• Responsible for creating competent capacity by owning the entire cycle of the internship program end-to-end
• Required to engage with universities to pitch the internship program, hire interns, provide them thorough training and other foundational and functional skills and make them productive in context of the business
• Own the entire journey and growth path of interns such that they are clear about their career growth and journey with the company
• Ensure career success of interns
• Managing the induction and training process
• Managing performance evaluation and career planning process
• Managing the recruitment process of interns

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 3-4 years in managing the capacity building role
• Collaborative and empathetic towards requirements of other teams
