    Cybersecurity Analyst

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide tactical security expertise across various security domains as assigned from time to time in support of the Cybersecurity Specialists 
    • Conduct Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing and configuration review for infrastructure, network, web application, mobile application, endpoints, email & cloud security. 
    • Provide technical security related support to ICT projects and changes from inception through to successful implementation. 
    • Identify and provide solutions for cybersecurity related problems & anomalies and report violations of security policies. 
    • Conduct continuous research and provide technical security expertise on threats affecting KCB Group information assets.
    • Monitor the bank’s ICT systems for indicators of compromise, investigate incidents and take appropriate steps to contain, neutralize and prevent breaches from happening in the future. 
    • Participate in activities aimed at mitigating information and cyber risks identified by various assurance teams such as Information Risk and Audit. 
    • Perform continuous vulnerability monitoring in the KCB group environment and report compliance failures to management for immediate remediation. 
    • Contribute to development of KCB Group security policies and baseline standards. 
    • Define, create, and deliver status reports and relevant metrics to the Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Operations. 

    Academic & Professional 

    Education 

    • Bachelor’s Degree 
    • BSc. Information Technology / Computer Science / Telecommunications / Engineering (Electrical, Electronic)  RQ  

    Professional Qualifications 

    • Master’s Degree 

    Information security certifications such as:

    • OSCP/ CEH/ CISA/ CISM/ CISSP/ SSCP/ CompTIA Security/ CSX-F/ SSCP/ CISA Certified in Cybersecurity 
    • CISM/ CISSP/ CCNA/ CRISC/ Microsoft Azure Security/ ECSA MBA / MSc  
    • At least one RQ 
    • Several are  AA

    ERP Sales Representative

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for KCB Bank staff on ERP platform features, benefits and sales strategies
    • Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, talk tracks and objection-handling guides
    • Provide mentorship and coaching to bank staff, helping them refine their ERP solution-selling skills
    • Offer ongoing support to banking teams during early customer engagements.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive ERP adoption among KCB Bank’s business customers
    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual customer acquisition targets.
    • Build and foster strong relationships with branch managers and banking teams across assigned regions
    • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
    • Identify cross-selling opportunities between ERP capabilities and KCB Bank’s financial solutions.
    • Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new ERPs
    • Gather customer feedback to guide product development and refinement strategies.
    • Develop case studies that highlight successful ERP implementations and measurable business outcomes.

    DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Selling of Bank products. 
    • Participating in Bank Sales Campaigns. 
    • Cross-selling Bank products and educating customers who have taken up a product on the features (including product demonstrations). 
    • Receipt of customer applications and forwarding the same to the stipulated retail support team within 24 hours of sign-off by the customer. 
    • Ensuring Proper documents and KYC as per stipulated standards. 
    • Provide regular Sales reports.

    REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor’s Degree 

    Experience

    • 2 years of experience in digital banking or ERP sales is required.
    • 2 years of experience in selling Digital Channels Services 
    • Knowledge of  banking industry and SME financing
    • Designing and delivering training programs for sales teams                            
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently   
    • Sales and Relationship Management       
    • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
