    Supervisor- Test Management

    Job Summary:     

    This role is responsible for conducting performance testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing and other required test and recommend for production deployment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct user acceptance testing with all relevant stakeholders to evaluate that delivered solutions are fit for use and purpose
    • Conduct load, stress and performance testing for to identify defects and areas of improvement.
    • Conduct regression tests to ascertain that identified issues or bugs have been resolved and new defects are not introduced
    • Conduct smoke tests on environments prior to test exercise to validate readiness for user acceptance testing, readiness of the test environment and recommend remedial measures to address gaps or deviations observed
    • Develop test strategy and ensure that the test cases conform to established software testing standards
    • Ensure that documented defects are articulated according to testing standards.
    • Define and document approach for test data generation for testing assignments while ensuring data security.
    • Document results of completed testing assignments in consultation with test team. Define test environment parameters and requirements to facilitate setup of the environment by system and database administrators.

    Academic Qualifications  

    A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from a recognized institution.

    Must have at least one of the following certifications or training in ISTQB CTFL /CISA / Automated Testing/ Application development certification

    Relevant Work Experience  

    At least three (3) year related software quality assurance work experience or a similar role in a large or busy organization.

    Technical Skills Required

    • Excellent understanding of Test Automation using UFT tool or any other recognized tool in the market for Web and mobile technologies

    Officer- Test Management

    Supervisor Policy & IT Risk Management

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Implement the IS awareness program and measure the effectiveness in the authority to promote security aware culture.
    • Carryout assessments to identify non-compliance to the ISO 27001 requirements, policies, procedures and controls follow up with the concerned processes to ensure compliance.
    • Conduct information security risk management, including assessment and treatment plan and provision of status reports.

    Manager – Priority Revenue Co-ordination

    JOB PURPOSE

    This role is responsible for managing, supervising and coordination of revenue collection across all revenue streams.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Overseeing the billing and collection of revenue in accordance with the county by-laws
    • Mobilizing revenue from top payers of land rates, billboards, single business permits, food handlers and hygiene etc.
    • Preparing and submitting tactical reports to the management on any issues arising in the collection of revenue from top payers in across all revenue streams

    Supervisor – Solutions Architecture

    Job Purpose

    The Supervisor Solutions Architecture is responsible for defining, maintaining and evolving the emerging solution architecture to enable actualization of business objectives, harmonized with KRA’s reference architecture and evolution of solutions for modern, efficient and optimal operations.

    This role is responsible for;

    1. Identifying, analyzing, and directing the execution of change towards the solution architecture vision and enterprise mission, by providing and prioritizing “technical epics”, through documenting of target architectures, roadmaps & supporting solution evolution/transformation.

    This role is responsible for collection and management of intelligence information about tax frauds and other illegal activities as per the authority’s mandate.
