    IT Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining hardware and software systems.
    • Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers and servers.
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
    • Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery readiness.
    • Ensuring data security.
    • Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
    • Implement cybersecurity measures such us firewalls, antivirus and access control.
    • Monitor and respond to IT security threats or breaches.
    • Providing user support and Training
    • Provide technical support to users to resolve hardware/software issues.
    • Train staff on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness and proper system usage.
    • System Administration.
    • Manage email systems, domain accounts and user access rights.
    • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper licensing of software.
    • Ensure compliance with IT policies and relevant regulations.
    • Planning and Development.
    • Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades to improve efficiency.
    • Plan and oversee IT projects such as upgrades, migrations and installations.
    • Liaise with vendors and service providers for OT procurement and support.

    Requirements

    Qualifications and skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or other relevant field.
    • Proven 4-year experience in IT support, system administration or IT management.
    • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems and databases.
    • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.
    • Good problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    Medical Devices Specialist

    We are seeking a results-driven Medical Device Sales Specialist to promote and sell advanced medical technologies, with a key focus on radiology and anesthesia equipment. This is a full-time, on-site role covering Nairobi County.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical sales, particularly in the radiology sector, and a solid understanding of the healthcare industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales of medical devices, with a strong focus on Radiology,Ultrasound,X-ray and Patient care solution(PCs) 
    • Achieve sales targets through effective territory management and customer engagement.
    • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and provide post-sale technical support.
    • Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals and clinics.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in medical devices sales is a MUST
    • Hands-on experience with Radiology and Anaesthesia machines is essential.
    • Strong sales operations skills and ability to meet or exceed targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in the healthcare industry is required.
    • Bachelor’s or Diploma in a medical-related field or medical sciences.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

    Sales Executives-Nairobi, Central, Coast, Western

    Role Purpose: 

    • Recruitment of an Agency hierarchy from Head Office to sub agents and ensuring activity of both in terms of transactions and float availability in the Territory.
    • Merchant recruitment and management in assigned Territory.
    • Trade development to ensure maximum visibility in assigned Territory.
    • Ensure Agent Head Offices in assigned Territory are fully trained in product knowledge and engaged in business.
    • Facilitate and ensure product availability in the Territory i.e float.
    • Ensure sub agents in the assigned Territory are fully trained in product knowledge and engaged in business.
    • Recruitment of Agent Head Office and sub agents.
    • Recruitment of Merchants in assigned Territory and managing them to ensure that they are active.
    • Trade management to ensure visibility in the Territory.
    • Train sales staff on knowledge and how to sell the product. Also train and all staff to have the knowledge.

    Requirements

    Academic background & Professional Knowledge:

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a sales role with an advantage to candidates who have experience working with a MNO
