    Marketing Executive

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Managing customer relations by being the single point of contact for client, updating them on their order status.
    • Use research conducted by sales support administrators and liaising with Head of Sales on taking the sales lead further.
    • Keep customers informed about any problems arising influencing deficiencies regarding the execution of orders/contracts.
    • Continuous improvement and development of the customer relationship.
    • Monitoring of Sales targets and business objectives.
    • Proactive at anticipating and meeting internal and external challenges.
    • Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained 
    • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
    • Drive the implementation of marketing & digital campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads.
    • Direct and support market research, data collection, data analysis and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reporting.
    • Work closely with the sales department to align on sales generation strategies.
    • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels.
    • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies.
    • In charge of all content in our website and all our digital platforms to ensure it is relevant and in line with the marketing and digital policies.
    • Managing and increasing the online presence and brand of the company through networking tools and social media.
    • Track SEO and Google Analytics data for management decision making.
    • Develop and implement marketing budget and ensure remains within the approved budget.
    • Tasked in protecting the integrity of the brand by ensuring its done as per branding guidelines.
    • Manage and maintain social media messaging with an aesthetic that is consistent with the overall branding.
    • Build a creative, dynamic, consistent, and interesting social media voice.
    • Develop and implement social media platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Diploma/Degree in sales and marketing or relevant field
    • Minimum of three years proven experience 
    • Experience in a similar industry would be an added advantage
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
    • Hands-on experience with ERP software is a plus 
    • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques 
    • Fast learner and passionate
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach 
    • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations 
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in creating social media strategies 
    • Experience in creating engaging content video photo and motion content branded 
    • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

    Accountant Receivables

    Responsibilities:

    • Complying with all company and local accounting and financial regulations.
    • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
    • Creating periodic reports, such as daily cash flow reports, and cash balance reports, etc.
    • Maintaining accurate financial records.
    • Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
    • Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
    • Min 1 year experience.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
    • Experience USING QuickBooks
    • Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
    • Ethical behavior.
    • Attention to detail.

    Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • General administration/reception tasks including answering the phone 
    • Processing orders 
    • Data entry & building weekly reports 
    • Assisting all departments with day-to-day administrative tasks 
    • Running errands 
    • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns and providing information about the company’s products and services 
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests 
    • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings  
    • Collate and distribute mail 
    • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence 
    • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents 
    • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

    Key Qualifications

    • At least  2-3 years of relevant  experience in a similar role
    • Have great attention to detail with strong time management skills 
    • Be able to work under pressure and in a varied role 
    • Be tech-savvy with a high level of competency in Microsoft Excel and the full Office Suite 
    • Be self-motivated and energetic
    • Have exceptional customer service and communication skills 
    • Has the ability to multitask.

    Service Technician

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Preparing customer site for installation events, and assembling machines.
    • Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
    • Troubleshooting
    • Preparing a weekly schedule
    • Preparing spare part orders and warranty claims
    • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
    • Inform relevant Life fitness staff in a timely manner about discovered Technical Issues.
    • Installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits.
    • Inform relevant Field Staff about ongoing service activities and any issues affecting the customer or the quality of service.
    • Act as an ambassador for the company, ensuring good working relationships with company customers and the company reputation is maintained.
    • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
    • Follow the Service Technician’s SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)

    Key Qualification & Experiences:

    • Technical degree or technical certification – Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering preferable
    • Have 2 years’ proven work experience as a field technician
    • Experience with health fitness equipment will be added advantage
    • Experience in serving digital equipment is desirable
    • Valid driver’s license will be an advantage, as the job entails much travel to onsite locations

    Marketing Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
    • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
    • Support in organizing various projects
    • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings 
    • Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information or reports.

    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications
    • (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

    • Photography and video editing skills
