YOUR ROLE:

• Design and execute an innovative pastry program rooted in classic French technique.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• A Pastry/Culinary degree
• + 7 years in a luxury environment (3+ as Head of Pastry).
• Lead, mentor and inspire the pastry team to uphold five-star standards.
• Oversee all pastry operations, ensuring excellence in taste, presentation and consistency.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene (HACCP), cost control and premium ingredientsourcing.
• Mandatory expertise in French pastry: viennoiserie, entremets, plated desserts, and chocolate/sugar work.
• Proven ability to blend artistry, innovation and flavour.
• An inspiring leader with strong organizational and communication skills.
