    Mechanical Supervisor

    Specification

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Prepare work schedules for the purpose of documenting and communicating activities as required.
    • Direct and supervise Mechanical maintenance fitters on assigned duties
    • Supervise and manage the execution of routine and preventive maintenance programs

    Planning Officer

    Inventory Controller

    Specification

    • Coordinate with Head of Supply Chain and implement efficient Inventory management and better control process to optimize Inventory and minimize obsolescence.
    • Coordinating with procurement on purchase requests for materials/items that need to be replenished as well as materials/items that should be procured through framework contracts
    • Coordinating with stores on stock counts and replenishment settings for materials/items in inventory

    Warehouse Officer

    Specification

    Plan and organize day to day warehouse operation in consultation and effective co-ordination with MRM Warehouse Team Lead and MRM Warehouse Manager to ensure that all objectives of function are achieved.

    • Physical checking, counting and receiving adhering to SOPs to maximizes throughput.
    • Manage inventory of all SKU’s across the BS and Insteel Business Unit (raw materials, work in process, finished goods, traded items, spare parts and consumables in the factory as well as in the service centres) and establish controls to ensure the BU is operating at the highest level of performance based on key performance metrics and minimized supply chain risk.
