    Chef De Partie

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your designated section.
    • Ensure all food preparation meets quality and hygiene standards.
    • Monitor and manage inventory for your section, minimizing wastage.
    • Train and supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
    • Collaborate with other CDPs and chefs to coordinate timely service during busy periods.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
    • Assist in the development of new menu items and daily specials.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role in a busy hotel or restaurant.
    • Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
    • Strong culinary skills with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines.
    • Good communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.

    Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and other F&B outlets.
    • Coordinate and monitor the work of service staff, ensuring high service standards.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all F&B areas.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Manage inventory and ensure timely requisition of food and beverage supplies.
    • Assist in training, motivating, and evaluating team performance.
    • Monitor guest satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and quality service.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a busy hotel or restaurant setup.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
    • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
    • Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

    Hotel Front Office Auditor (Night Shift)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform nightly audits of front office operations and reconcile guest folios.
    • Generate and distribute accurate financial reports, including occupancy, revenue, and audit summaries.
    • Ensure all charges are correctly posted to guest accounts, including room rates, food & beverage, and other hotel services.
    • Handle late-night check-ins and check-outs professionally and efficiently.
    • Address and resolve guest queries or concerns during the night shift.
    • Monitor and secure all cash handling and ensure compliance with internal controls.
    • Maintain proper records of all front office activities during the shift.
    • Liaise with other departments (Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance) to ensure smooth hotel operations at night.
    • Ensure the front desk area remains organized, secure, and presentable.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy hotel environment.
    • Strong working knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, IDS, or similar systems).
    • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
    • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
    • Must be flexible, reliable, and able to work on weekends and public holidays.
