    Executive Driver

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive the company’s vehicles for official travel and business, or as requested by the Managing Director;
    • Maintain high standard of service to both internal and external guests;
    •  Ensure punctuality and safe transport;
    • Observing the road and traffic laws and regulations of the Republic of Kenya;
    • Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards;
    • Alcohol must not be consumed or present whilst on duty;
    •  Ensure that vehicles are kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times;
    • Ensure that any vehicle in your possession is kept secure at all times;
    • Ensure that vehicles are given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks including but not limited to check oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres etc;
    • Ensure that vehicles repairs are carried out properly to official manufacturers’ specifications’;
    • Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs, prepare vehicle spare parts inventory;
    •  Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring report, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses and mileage, at end of each month;
    •  Assist the person responsible for office administration to ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to schedule;
    • Provide assistance in office administration in the time working at the office, including but not limited to: Photocopying, filing, handling mail, delivering goods and correspondences, carrying  parcels, packages, and delivery and collection of official documents as per required. 

    Key Requirements 

    • At least 5years proven experience as a Driver
    • A valid driver’s license
    • current certificate of good conduct
    • clean driving record with no traffic violations
    • Experience in driving long distance for 3 to 5 years
    • Familiarity with GPS devices
    • Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
    • Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
    •  polite and professional disposition
    • Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)

    Sales Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing of individual sales pipeline &forecasting business.
    • Promotes/sells/secures orders from specifiers/consultants through a relationship-based approach. 
    • Acquire new sales/accounts within the assigned specifiers/consultants.
    • Meet sales targets as per agreed Key Performance Indicators. 
    • Ability to set up and manage focus groups, sales campaigns, sales drive activities.
    • Build meaningful internal and external relationships.

    • Must have been a successful sales rep in the previous/current jobs. 
    • Proven track record of good performance in sales demonstrated by achieved targets, awards etc.

    Digital Marketing Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Day-to-day handling media channels
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive social media identity and presence
    • Manage in-house graphic designs, content management, and photo shops
    • Propose creative online strategy
    • Keep track of social media trends and competition
    • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s online content
    • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
    • Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
    • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance of social media using Google analytics
    • Providing accurate reports and analysis of online campaigns to demonstrate effective return on investment

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • At Least 3 years of proven working experience in digital marketing, 
    • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics 
    • Proficient using marketing automation technology 
    • Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends 
    • Experience with email automation tools

    Business Development Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
    • Contact potential specifiers through visits, calls and emails
    • Present our company to potential clients (architects, surveyors, engineer etc.)
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with specifiers.
    • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and  Account executives.
    • Report to the Business development manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
    • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

    Qualifications and requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field 
    • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales account
    • executive or similar role.
    • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
    • Track record of achieving sales quotas
    • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
