    Sales and Marketing Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Brainstorm and conceptualize proposals for clients. 
    • Create and present proposals to clients to close the deals. 
    • Attain new client and build those to long terms relationships. 
    • Work on cold leads to from previous clients to revive the business. 
    • Work with clients to build a strong case for more marketing needs from the get go. 
    • Keep abreast of competitor activity and market trends. 
    • Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
    • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
    • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
    • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
    • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
    • Managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.
    • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
    • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
    • Contribute to the business development and any sales related work in the team
    • Ensuring adequate communication with the customer, post-delivery service and forwarding feedback/complaints/changes to requirements there from.
    • Compiling of individual sales reports as per the company requirements.
    • They will be tasked with proposing and creating content for the digital and web spaces for client marketing and advertising.

    Key Qualifications. 

    • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
    • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales
    • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

    Business Development Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Marketing company products and services to achieve business and sales growth
    • Pitching to potential clients, sending quotation proposals and closing the business orders
    • Keeping track of competitor activities and update the company about market intelligence
    • Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
    • Promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
    • Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
    • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the company
    • Maintain rapport and network with potential clients to achieve the desired business

    • Participate in trade shows and exhibitions.

    Key Qualifications.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in sales & marketing or a related field
    • 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Corporate Sales 
    • Experience in sales and marketing promotional giveaways and merchandise will be an added advantage.
    • Consistent & proven track record in new business development, client acquisition and retention.
    • Go getter with excellent client networking skills and impeccable knack to generate sales and business inquiries
    • Good written and verbal communication as well as presentation qualities and well versed with Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation.

    Project Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in the development of professional, effective, and appropriate psychosocial programming, including direct individual and group counseling support, and expanded mental health services. 
    • Provide professional and confidential one-on-one and group counselling services to individuals with personal and social challenges such as conflict, parenting, sexual and gender-based violence, death/grief, perinatal depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. 
    • Lead mental health awareness raising and/or sensitization campaigns among participants in the community and within the organization 
    • Co-facilitate training on maternal and child health behaviour change communication and psycho-education. 
    • Participate in and contribute to the development and roll-out of maternal and child health curriculum with modules on maternal mental health 
    • Compile monthly and quarterly counselling reports on the referred cases, including analysis of behavioural trends and patterns and the identified solutions. 
    • Lead psychological assessments for clients, assist with data collection on psychosocial activities, and maintain records and databases with the utmost integrity and confidentiality. 
    • Undertake referrals to partner organizations as appropriate. 
    • Participate in routine departmental work plan reviews and assist with preparing relevant reports for management and funders. 

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Community Diploma in Counseling Studies from a recognized university or Diploma in Social Work and Development (KNEC). 
    • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working in a not-for-profit organization
    • Prior experience working in an urban informal settlement 
    • Registered member of a recognized body of counsellors and psychologists
    • Excellent command of English and Kiswahili. 
    • Confident user of Microsoft and Google suite 
    • Be a Christian
    • Aged 30 and above
    • Knowledge of safeguarding and other child protection policies and protocols

    Project Officer – Peace Building

    Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate awareness creation and sensitization of communities in Peace Building
    • Build capacity through training and mentorship on the collection of conflict-relevant data, conflict analysis and the design and implementation of responses to prevent violence
    • Participate in staff devotions
    • Promote good stewardship and high accountability through efficient and economical utilization of resources in the project 
    • Track and monitor project progress against set objectives, timeline and budget.
    • Develop regular monthly, quarterly and annual Peace Building reports
    • Facilitate communities to fully participate in project activities for enhanced community ownership and sustainability of the Peace Building program through sports, cultural events
    • Perform any other responsibilities that may be assigned by your supervisor from time to time

    Key Requirements

    • Diploma or a degree in Peace-Building, Sociology, International Relations, Conflict studies, or other related fields.
    • 3 years of field experience working with Communities in Peace project management in an NGO context.
    • Refined training and facilitation skills, especially in cross-cultural urban environments; 
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work under minimal supervision; 
    • Skills in community mobilization, training, and team-building; 
    • Highly organized, efficient, and able to meet deadlines; 
    • Proficient in MS Word, Microsoft Excel, and email/internet programs; and must have excellent oral and written communication skills. 
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Be a Christian
    • General understanding of project management and MEAL techniques. 
    • Ability to work in and contribute to a team 
    • Ability to work with different partners, local authorities, local organizations and NGOs, to develop and maintain positive relationships.
