    Supply Planning & Operations Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generating Demand Plans and engaging the sales team within the business unit to achieveconsensus in adapting demand plans
    • Generate monthly Supply schedules for Finished Goods, Raw & Pack Materials
    • Communicate Supply Plans to all stakeholders internally and externally
    • Manage Raw and Pack Material warehouse operations, material usage, inventory record accuracyand pallet space optimization
    • Maintain complete and accurate Supplier Lead Time details for all raw & pack materials.
    • Synchronize Supplier promise dates to Supply Plans that meet the company’s Supply objectives
    • Manage plan achievement by ensuring adherence to set plans and producing monthly reports tohighlight non-adherence and take time-bound steps with relevant departments to reduceshortage of products or materials.
    • Conduct an OTIF performance evaluation of material supply and delivery to customers
    • Evaluate ERP performance to support Supply Chain Planning processes and update on anychanges in the material master
    • Maintain Master Data elements for ERP for Inventory & Planning
    • Analyzing Supply chain data and providing SC monthly Dashboards with a focus on optimizingthe working capital position.
    • People management in the selection, growth, development, performance, coaching andthe motivation of staff in the section.

    Qualifications

    • Undergraduate Degree in Supply Chain Management or a business-related field.
    • At least 5 year(s)relevant experience in Supply Chain management function; focusing on Planning and InventoryManagement.
    • Professional qualifications in CISP and CIPS is desirable.
    • Leadership, SAP, Reporting & IT Skills are required.

    Sales Consultant

    Job Description:

    • Visit potential/existing customers to demonstrate all the services and products offered by theCompany.
    • Communicate effectively to customers, giving precise solutions and presenting quotations in amost articulate manner.
    • Upsell, cross-sell, identify, and develop new business from existing customers to increase theservice range within the region.
    • Close sales and convince clients why services offered by the Company are superior andbeneficial to what the competition offers.
    • Mediate the price increase process with the clients.
    • Undertake debt collection and maintain your customers within agreed credit terms.
    • Meet the desired and agreed sales target on monthly basis.
    • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline and meet the calls per day target.
    • Take charge of the improvement and achievement of the agreed client retention rates by buildingand maintaining strong professional client relationships aimed at retaining existing clients.
    • Carry out account management for allocated customers in line with procedure and bestpractice.
    • Monitor the day-to-day commercial performance of each account within your territory.
    • Support the tendering teams with customer surveying and quotation process.
    • Actively support the conversion of sales leads.
    • Partake in and support marketing activities in line with the strategy.
    • Create and maintain a customer database by keeping complete records of all activitiesregarding customer visits, and complaints.
    • Daily liaison with other members of the service teams to provide information and ensure thatcustomers receive excellent customer service.
    • Note and advise management on market intelligence including activity by competitors toensure company services and products remain readily available and preferred by customers.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Management/Business Administration.
    • 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the service industry such as insurance orfumigation.
    • Valid driving license with at least one year of experience.
    • Ability to drive in Nairobi and its environs.

    Talent Management Specialist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Works collaboratively with the organization’s functional leadership team and HR team to develop a healthy leadership and competency pipeline for the organization.
    • Leads the implementation of all talent, leadership and team planning processes, policies and procedures across the organization, the function which includes but is not limited to succession planning, leadership selection and assessment, leadership development planning and the company’s annual organizational development readiness plan.
    • Builds, coaches, and facilitates effective teams through the effective use of tools, team building activities, development activities and supporting the leaders in creating an engaged environment
    • Leads the individual development planning processes for organization (i.e., front line supervisors, mid-managers, and key organization leaders.

    • Acts as the organization’s Talent Management & Organization Development consultant by guiding the planning and implementation of practices that nurture the development of a continuous improvement organizational climate

    Education and Experience

    • A graduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field is required.
    • Must have minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in managing talent within a corporate organization and demonstrated technical competence in the subject matter, ideally within a corporate organization.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing organizational development and talent management initiatives.
    • Experience in building and implementing competency framework in a corporate setup is a plus

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Identifying target customers and account preparation.
    • Create, implement & execute an Account Plan to drive direct sales efforts & revenue results in an assigned vertical and location.
    • Highlight potential customers and prepare compelling presentations and product demonstrations when required incorporating the features of the product, Website, URL, and other features.
    • Generating revenue. The Field Sales Executive is responsible for offering digital solutions, making sales presentations, meeting revenue targets through the sales of Websites, Domains, Enriched profiles, GMB Listing, and Digital Marketing.
    • Carry out required collections for his/her own accounts from businesses.
    • Hand over the web development to Customer Service Representative (CSR)- who will coordinate production with Web Specialists and Photographers

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, IT or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years sales experience as an individual contributor in a sales (hunter) role
    • Digital Sales background (i.e. search, social, email, mobile)
    • Experience selling into the SMB (B2B) market
    • Consultative/Solutions/ROI selling experience vs. a single Product selling background
    • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals
    • Consistent performer and responder to daily, weekly, and monthly Sales KPI’s
    • Technically proficient in CRM, Campaign Management, and Marketing related reporting tools
    • Industries: Start-Up, Technology, PR, Social Media, retail, insurance other agency (directories, advertising, promotion, brand, digital)
    • Liaising with all internal and external customers
