What will you be doing:

• Creating  the ultimate journey to relaxation for our guests
• Training and developing the colleagues reporting to you on technical skills and the  products.
• Consistently delivers outstanding  treatments in an excellent service standard.
• Capable of performing professional technical pre-consultation so that he/she is able to recommend suitable treatments in accordance to the treatment protocols taught per the client’s needs and concerns.
• Proficient in providing clear and concise treatment introduction and product benefits to the client.

Your experience and skills include:

• Knowledge of the human anatomy & physiology 
• Two to three years previous experience in a 5 star Spa.
• Knowledgeable of spa treatments and Products
• Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
• To lead and inspire the team towards creating the ultimate journey towards relaxation.

• Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
• Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all meat items
• Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
• Ensure the butchery meets all the hygiene standards.
• Managing the stocks of the butchery to ensure meats are always in stock as per the kitchens needs

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
