What will you be doing:

• Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
• Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all meat items
• Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
• Ensure the butchery meets all the hygiene standards.
• Managing the stocks of the butchery to ensure meats are always in stock as per the kitchens needs

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
• Two to three years previous experience in a 5 star Hotel.
