    Marketing Manager

    General assignments

    • Be the driving force for proposals in line with company guidelines
    • Participate in the company's improvement dynamic

    Specializations of the Job

    • Developing and overseeing the marketing strategy for the company, which revolves around advertising pharmaceutical products
    • Promoting new products to health care service providers
    • Developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development
    • Evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and suggesting improvements
    • Researching and analysing market trends and competitors, and converting the raw data into detailed reports and actionable insights
    • Evaluating and assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products and developing comparative statistics and metrics

    MUST HAVE:

    Ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about digital marketing and drug testing and development, as well as familiar with relevant laws, rules, and regulations in the pharmaceutical industry

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Health Sciences (MBA is a plus)
    • 3–5 years of work experience, preferably with pharmaceutical products
    • Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process and health care environment, as well as thorough understanding of marketing business processes
    • Understanding of healthcare system, markets and stakeholders, and competitive dynamics
    • Familiarity with latest trends and best practices in the pharmaceutical field
    • Project management and prioritization skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects within budget

    Senior Sales Reps -C&I Readvertised (Naivasha)

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Set and achieve annual sales targets including, commercial and Industrial installation projects.
    • Develop opportunities within the commercial and industrial sector for large system installation and programs.
    • Monitor and analyse sales and market trends to develop and implement effective strategic sales plans and actions for both short and long term
    • Develop high brand visibility in East Africa
    • Increase Solar deal network to grow the solar business
    • Implement agreed with sales and marketing strategies
    • Track lost business, and start afresh, within timely service recovery.
    • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new acquisitions with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials.
    • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations.

    • Understand consumer market needs, behaviour attitudes, consumer needs and advising management on the same.
    • Assist in formulating and implementing annual marketing and sales strategies.
    • Participate in any other duties that shall be reasonably assigned by management.
    • Draw annual sales and marketing budgets for operations.

    Desired Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum- 5 years of sales experience in renewable energy
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
