Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, masonry etc.
• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
• Repairing water pipes, drainage system, machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma/Certificate in artisan or technical related courses or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role.
• Proven maintenance experience i.e. plumbing, electrical experience etc.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches and plumbing tools.
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Professional presentation and attitude.
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
• Strong time management skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checking guests in and out.
• Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
• Verifying guests’ payment methods during check-in.
• Assigning rooms to guests and informing them of any specials offered by the hotel.
• Organizing transport services for guests at their request.
• Providing guests with information about the hotel.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
• Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
• Keeping abreast of attractions that may be of interest to guests.
• Serving as a host at conferences, and ensuring that all relevant preparations are made for the event.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in hospitality management or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role in hospitality industry.
• Previous hospitality experience would be advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-presented and professional appearance.
• Competency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have flexible hours.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Load and unload organizations merchandize
• Transport products, materials, and staff securely to areas where they are needed
• Precisely finish all paper work connected with conveyance of merchandize
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
• Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the car(s).
• Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management.
• Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
• Perform some other undertakings like shopping and running errands

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma/Certificate or equivalent
• Previous work experience as a Driver
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record.
• Complete knowledge of road safety rules and regulations
• Familiarity GPS tools and Google Maps
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent driving skills and road sense
• Good time management skills
