    Head of Bid Management (Remote)

    What you’ll be doing:

    In this role, you will provide strategic direction and leadership in line with Oxfam’s feminist principles and values to a dedicated team of professional bidding experts. You will develop strategies and ways of working that will improve the successful pursuit of quality funding.

    You'll have:

    • We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to the values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do and our feminist principles.

    An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

    • Experience of managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and / or workplaces, and creating positive change in work culture, processes and practices.
    • Bid leadership experience across complex and high value grants and/or commercial tenders, and a good understanding of rules and regulations of public sector procurement
    • Demonstrated financial / commercial and business negotiations skills.
    • Demonstrated ability, tact, and sensitivity in working across institutional boundaries, business units, and teams (some remotely) in an effective and productive way.
    • Lived experience (s) or evidence of learning/taking action on anti-racism and inequalities

    Configuration Manager (Remote)

    What you'll be doing:

    Oxfam use Service Now for IT Service management and other workflow applications to support business units such as security incident management, order tracking, legal, HR. Service now becomes global IT tool widely adopted by Oxfam affiliates.

    The purpose of the role is to provide specialist technical advice on one significant area or several related areas to support the delivery of specific Oxfam objectives. The Configuration Manager will be responsible for core system configuration, implementing a CMDB, and owning the processes to deliver SAM.

    You'll have:

    An ideal candidate for the role will also have/ be:

    • Demonstrable experience implementing a CMDB and SAM
    • Experience of Process development, Verification and Validation of the processes.
    • Demonstrable leadership experience within a Configuration Management ITSM model.
    • Ability to implement change and experience of doing so
    • Proven operational experience of running Asset and Configuration Management in a complex environment within an ITIL framework
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
    • Effective relationship management skills
