    Sales Team Leader

    Job Description

    • Establishing monthly and annual targets for the team, implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends that cover all aspects from revenue projections to expense controls.
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
    • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
    • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Ensure targets are delivered through performance reviews with rewards given out by focusing on individuals' success rather than just collective successes

    Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
    • Successful previous experience as a Sales Team Leader/ manager or Sales Rep consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales lead role

    Social Media Executive

    Job Description

    To oversee our company's presence on a multitude of public platforms. The social media executive should create gripping content, analyze public feedback, and report on the effects of each key undertaking while keeping track of all access codes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
    • Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
    • Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
    • Scheduling copy for release at optimal times.
    • Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
    • Analyzing and reporting on the effects of publications.
    • Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.
    • Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.
    • Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.
    • Training and supervising a cohort of social media specialists.

    Qualifications

    • Degree or Diploma in marketing, communication, journalism or creative writing
    • Experience as a social media executive at a similar company for a minimum of 3 years will be an added advantage.
    • Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
    • Firm grasp of Hootsuite and its integrations.
    • In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements.

    Overview of the role

    To provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner and work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to managers working life and communication.
