    Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

    Job Description

    R&Rs

    • Using analytics tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
    • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive repayment performance.
    • Preparing reports and visualization for the Exco and other relevant stakeholders stating trends, patterns, predictions, and insights using relevant data.
    • Preparing and maintaining dashboards for the stakeholders enabling them to take important decisions based on various trends and facts.
    • Coming up with recommendations on process improvements based on insights derived from data analysis

    KPIs

    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills to collect, measure, organize, and analyze data.
    • Experience with modern data visualization tools (Tableau preferred) and ability to create convincing data narratives through visual reports and dashboard
    • Excellent knowledge of SQL. Experience with Python is a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
    • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
    • Autonomy, capacity to achieve results with little supervision
    • Ability for critical thinking and creativity
    • Fluency in English
    • Experience dealing with credit/AR is a plus.

    Desired Skills and Experience 

    • Bachelors in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field.
    • 1-3 years of proven working experience in data analysis Analytical Mindset - to accurately report customers’ loan repayment trends, and leverage data analysis to increase performance.
    • Has at least 3 years’ proven experience in people management.
    • Strong communication capability working alongside internal and external stakeholders,
    • Action oriented, self-driven, seeking to grow in their career and impact,

    Risk & Compliance Officer

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Develop a compliance review plan covering risky areas of operations in all OPCOs
    • Create comprehensive compliance testing programs for key controls in each of the priority processes
    • Develop compliance report templates that are fit to the organization’s purposes
    • Perform compliance audits in line with the compliance review plan and detailed compliance testing programs
    • Identify instances of non-compliance with set policies and procedures and ESG requirements
    • Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis of the identified instances of non-compliance and propose recommendations
    • Work collaboratively with process owners to implement the recommended actions
    • Prepare compliance reports for each of the core processes and OPCOs and comprehensive reports for the board audit committees
    • Track implementation of remedial measures and management actions agreed on in internal audit and internal compliance reviews
    • Feed into the risk assessment process across the organization
    • Coordinate and schedule required compliance training for employees

    • Create risk awareness as they undertake their duties with an overall objective of creating a strong risk and control self-assessment culture.

    • Accurate reporting of implementation status of management actions: Number of surprise audit observations, not highlighted internal compliance monitoring activities. Target Zero.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • At least 5 years’ experience in internal audit, risk management or compliance roles
    • Strong written and spoken communication skills
    • High attention to detail in executing reviews and preparing accurate reports
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret data and policies, analyse root causes and develop recommendations
    • Experience in working with MS Office suite of tools. Data analytics software experience will be an added advantage
    • Diligent: must be willing to see an issue through to resolution
    • Confidence: the ability to conduct reviews and have tough conversations with experienced process owners
    • Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines
    • Should have a strong moral code and sense of ethics.

    Learning & Development Manager

    Job Description

    The incumbent is responsible for managing knowledge and improving the productivity and performance of employees in the organisation. This incumbent needs to develop L&D policies, guidelines and framework for addressing global-wide developmental needs; to drive training initiatives, to proactively search and implement training methods at a global level; to creatively design and manage knowledge contents based on best business practices across regions.

    The incumbent works with the regional HR teams, training teams, and business leaders across all regions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or relevant majors;
    • 5+ years professional learning and development experience;
    • Solid understanding different training methodologies and technologies;
    • Rich experience in project management and implementation;
    • Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and technical solutions to drive L&D programs and measuring RoIs; Good experience in managing digital tools;
    • Strong business acumen, be able to manage business knowledge through designing contents by picking up business ideas and best practices;
    • Demonstrated ability to connect with employees from various levels in the organization;
    • Effective communicator. Models active listen. Effective with group and platform presentations, especially to work team audiences. Writes effective e-mails and other correspondence;
    • Willingness to take on what needs to be done, innovative problem-solver.
    • Fluent English and Mandarin, respect culture difference, love adventures and willing to explore new challenges.
