    Rider

    • Collect medical samples (e.g., blood, urine, tissue specimens) from partner clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare centres.
    • Safely transport samples to the referral laboratory within required timeframes and under appropriate storage conditions.
    • Ensure all samples are handled according to standard operating procedures, including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
    • Deliver medical supplies, documents, and reports between healthcare facilities as instructed.
    • Maintain accurate logs of all pickups, deliveries, and routes completed.
    • Ensure proper use and maintenance of the assigned motorcycle, including regular checks for safety and cleanliness.

    Junior Clerk - CSE

    Patient Interaction & Support

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in queries from patients and families.
    • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments, tests, and procedures.
    • Provide information on hospital/clinic services, doctors’ availability, and treatment processes.
    • Assist patients in completing registration, admission, discharge, and documentation.

    Service Coordination

    • Coordinate with departments such as nursing, pharmacy, radiology, laboratory, and billing to ensure seamless patient flow.
    • Follow up on pending reports, prescriptions, authorizations, and medical records.
    • Support insurance processing, TPA coordination, and pre-authorization requests (if applicable).

    Issue Resolution

    • Address patient complaints and service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the supervisor or relevant department.
    • Ensure patient satisfaction through timely follow-ups and service recovery.
