    E-Commerce & Digital Marketer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Content management of the eCommerce platform/online shop (write and update images and texts to keep the platform up to date, relevant, and SEO optimized).
    • Drafting and executing digital marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on Google (AdWords and organic search) and Social Media (Instagram, Facebook).
    • Create and manage organic search campaigns through SEO
    • Setting up and monitoring profitable pay-per-click advertising campaigns across different networks and platforms
    • Monitor and optimize conversion rates
    • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performances as the basis for data-driven marketing decisions

    Technical Sales Representative

    Responsibilities 

    • Researching and prospecting for potential customers. 
    • Traveling to different locations and briefing customers about our products and solutions.

    Radiotherapist

    Roles and responsibilities

    • Receive, identify and verify patient details to ensure that patient details correspond with the patient physically present for treatment.
    • Confirm patients’ treatment plan in the system and the physical file to ensure accuracy and precision in treatment.
    • Educate patients on applicable oncology instructions and guidelines related to treatment.
    • Prepare the treatment room in line with requirements in the patients’ treatment plan.
    • Prepare and position patients in the radiotherapy machine in line with the simulation.
    • Carry out shift movements in line with the treatment plan.
    • Carry out a portal imaging with the radiotherapy machine to verify the treatment setup.

    • Administer radiotherapy treatment to patients in line with the treatment plan and ensure strict adherence to radiation safety guidelines.
    • Liaise with the Medical Records Officer to schedule patients for subsequent treatment sessions:
    • Document daily treatment records in the radiotherapy file for review by the Chief Oncologist.
    • Receive and record patients’ feedback on treatment side effects in the radiotherapy file to ensure effective management of the side effects; and
    • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned to the job holder by the supervisor from time to time.

    Education and experience

    • Diploma in Radiotherapy or Radiation Technology from a recognized institution.
    • Must be a registered member with the relevant registration body and hold a valid practicing license.

    Bilingual M&E Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the M&E focal point for assigned projects, ensuring the excellence of M&E efforts in support of project implementation.
    • Manage the development and maintenance of the Monitoring, Information and Data Evaluation System with data collected on key thematic indicators and ensure accessibility by program staff and partners.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Degree in in public health, sociology, statistics, international development, or a related field plus a minimum of five years of experience or
    • Master’s degree plus a minimum of three years of related experience in sexual and reproductive health (SRH) program monitoring and evaluation.
    • 5+ years of experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and working with programs to identify and address training and technical assistance needs, preferably with a reproductive health and rights focus
    • NGO experience and experience working in multi-sector programs is an added advantage
    • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. 
    • Ability to synthesize information and generate persuasive and clear verbal and written communications; strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines with keen attention to detail and follow-through; self-directed; and able to anticipate, prioritize, and manage tasks. 
    • Excellent written and oral French and English communication skills. 
    • Must demonstrate good interpersonal and negotiation skills, in addition to ability to work autonomously
    • Good decision making and computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and statistical analysis applications like STATA, SPSS, R studio & Nvivo). 
    • Analytical problem solving using systematic approaches to analyse and propose solutions is part of everyday activities, and cultural sensitivity is imperative. 
    • Knowledge of reproductive health issues. 
    • A thorough understanding of the principles, concepts and methodology of Monitoring and Evaluation and the ability to apply such knowledge in program implementation. 
    • In-depth knowledge of SRHR field, current activities and similar areas of interest.
