• Minimum of one year experience  preferably in an educational institution or a similar environment.

• Minimum of one year experience as Hospitality Lecturer or a Tutor in an institution/ organization.
• Practical experience in hospitality industry, including hotel management, food and beverage services will be an added advantage .
• Strong classroom management and student engagement techniques.
• Attention to detail in planning, executing, and reviewing student and classroom activities.
• Flexibility to work per the institution’s schedule.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Research and Critical thinking skills.
