    Senior HR Officer

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Support in HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle)
    • Prepare payroll inputs and ensure statutory compliance
    • Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and HRIS
    • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
    • Support performance management and KPI tracking
    • Generate HR reports and support decision-making
    • Promote workplace discipline, professionalism, and compliance
    • Support occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business-related field supplemented by a Higher
    • Diploma in Human Resource Management.
    • CHRP-K (Certified Human Resource Professional) is a mandatory requirement.
    • Valid membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
    • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
    • Deep understanding of the Kenya Employment Act (2007)

    Inventory Associate

    Job brief:

    • The Inventory Associate is responsible for managing and monitoring stock levels to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient stock movement. The role involves receiving, storing, tracking, and issuing inventory while maintaining proper documentation and supporting stock control processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory systems.
    • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
    • Organize and store inventory in designated areas.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and assist in stock audits.
    • Prepare and issue stock to internal departments as required.
    • Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of items.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the storage area.

    Desired Requirements:

    • Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years’ experience in inventory, stores, or warehouse management is an added advantage.
    • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems.
    • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
