- Bachelor's degree in any related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in SME or Retail banking relationship management, or sales within a financial institution.
- Proven track record in deposits generation, customer acquisition, and portfolio management.
- Hands-on experience in cross-selling banking products such as digital banking, loans.
- Experience working in a branch environment with demonstrated customer engagement and sales skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and credit analysis.
