Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve set secondary sales targets (volume and value) by strictly adheringtoset
• journey plans to deliver maximum distribution of our products at the retail end. Support website updates, product uploads, and basic online branding tasks.
• Track marketing performance metrics and prepare simple reports
• Secretarial & Clerical Duties
• Handle telephone calls, emails, and walk-in client inquiries. Manage office filing systems, documentation, and correspondence.
• Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and organize appointments. Maintain records, update databases, and assist in report preparation.
• Provide general office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

• They must have a minimum degree in Sales & Marketing – strictly sales andmarketing – from a reputable institution.
• Diploma or Certificate in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, orrelated field.
• Prior experience in digital marketing or administrative roles is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, social media platforms, basicdesigntools).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities to up sell or cross-sell.
• Update and maintain sales records, customer databases, and order logs.
• Collaborate with the sales team, warehouse, and logistics for smooth operations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and professionalismat all times.
• Ensure quality execution of the sales drivers, availability, affordability, accessibilityand activation.
• Ensure distribution is achieved in assigned territory through achieving set customercall rate coverage targets, number of new outlets as well as expansion of portfolioavailability.

Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

• Should have a minimum of 2 years experience, preferably handling electronics.
• Posses ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
