    Parts Scaling Executive

    REF: AFS/P&A/2022

    This position is responsible for warehouse and inventory optimization in Parts and Accessories (P&A).

    Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, Parts & Accessories (P&A), the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions;

    • Parts scaling per model for newly launched products.
    • Aging car parc analysis and parts scaling to meet ad hoc demand.
    • Analysing part lines with minimal or uneven demand in relation to the car parc data and proposing optimal stock level to assure steady supply.
    • Evaluating dealer & distributor requisite stock levels in line with regional car parc data,
    • Demand planning for export market and all model part lines.
    • Analysing field visits data and adjusting demand forecast based on customer usage trends.
    • Analysing and reviewing fleet customers minimum stock levels to support customer vehicle uptime.
    • Maintenance of parts master data.

    For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (Upper Second Class) in Mechanical Engineering Automotive option preferred.
    • KCSE Mean grade B+.
    • Five years relevant experience.

    Field Engineer

    REF: AFS/FE/2022

    This position is responsible for capacity building in Dealerships, Authorized Service Outlets, Workshop process improvements, field product concerns, quality resolution implementation and fleet customer support.

    Reporting to the Field Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

    • Capacity building for Technicians in Dealerships and Authorized Service Outlets (ASOs).
    • Monitoring, measuring, reporting and action planning of Isuzu Dealer Standards deployment.
    • Supporting Dealers in signing, execution and evaluation of performance of service contracts.
    • Implementing and coordinate all aspects of customer field action to achieve desired results by due dates.
    • Dealer issues resolution and escalation to relevant persons for support and execution.

    For appointment to this position, the successful candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (Upper Second Class) in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
    • KCSE Mean grade B+.
    • Registered Graduate Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).
    • Five years relevant experience.
    • Strong Automotive knowledge.

    Customs Analyst

    REF: FIN/CTM/2022

    This position is responsible for timely customs clearance for Isuzu products to ensure flawless business operations

    Reporting to the Customs Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions;

    • Facilitate and ensure timely Duty payments.
    • Execute Customs security bonds.
    • Prepare and submit reports to the Customs coordinator to resolve and close all Customs queries as they arise.
    • Control and manage issuance of all Customs documents to relevant stakeholders.
    • Prepare documents for Customs Audits as they become due.
    • Ensure vehicles are moved both physically and in the system from in-bound to out-bound respectively.
    • Confirm accuracy of declarations and authenticity of warehousing (import) and export entries.
    • Liaise with resident Customs Officer to ensure seamless customs processes.
    • Coordinate and liaise with contracted Customs service providers on logistical issues.
    • Review third party invoices for payment.

    For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree (Upper Second Class) in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management Studies, or in a related discipline.
    • KCSE Mean grade B+.
    • Diploma in Clearing & Forwarding.
    • East Africa Freight Forwarding and Practising Certificate.
    • Two years’ experience in customs declaration and operations.
    • Certifications in Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) Customs Simba System, Ken Trade System and Integrated Customs Management
    • System (CMS), will be an added advantage.

    This position is responsible for providing solutions to Service Customers and Service Experience management.

    Reporting to the Service Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions;

    • Scheduling service appointments for customers.
    • Coordinating preparation of repair estimates for service authorization.
    • Creating repair orders and following up on repairs to meet promised times.
    • Warranty administration.
    • Making repair or service recommendations.
    • Customer communications on vehicle repairs or service.
    • Invoicing for completed jobs and coordinating collection of finished vehicles.
    • Participating in new vehicle handover process.

    Technical Business Analyst

    REF: FIN/IT/2022

    This position is responsible for supporting Isuzu EA's efforts to implement and integrate Technology into business processes. It includes evaluating existing computer systems and making suggestions on improvement of the Technological capacity of the business

    Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions;

    • Collaborate with users, business analysts, developers, and technical support teams to define project requirements and specifications.
    • Conduct user interviews, data analysis and documentation reviews to capture current state process flows, define technical
    • requirements, design, develop future state process flows & solution diagrams and perform gap assessments.
    • Serve as the IT business liaison to drive technological change management in cross functional processes, execution plans and delivery of shared goals.
    • Drive digitization and adoption of emerging technologies.
    • Support IT strategic initiatives with technical solutions design, implementation and change management.
    • Undertake technological business impact assessment and provide guidance in adoption of the same.
    • Install, configure and maintain end user computing devices hardware and software.

    For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (Upper Second Class) in IT, Computer Science or equivalent. . Five years of related experience.
    • KCSE Mean grade B+.
    • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks and related technologies, SAP ERP systems and Cloud environments.
    • Professional qualifications in Microsoft, Cisco certification, IT Security
    • Advanced knowledge of programming languages and system integration solutions.
    • Knowledge of mainstream software development frameworks.

    Financial & Information Systems Auditor

    REF: FIN/IC/2022

    This position is responsible for Financial and Information Systems audits. This involves the review of processes, identification of control weaknesses and setting up processes to address the identified weaknesses. The holder will be the subject matter expert on information security controls and emerging trends.

    Reporting to the Internal Controls Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following functions

    • Plan and perform internal control audits across functions.
    • Prepare audit reports, make submissions & track control gaps.
    • End-to-end process reviews for identification of risks and recommendations.
    • Lead in identification of external & Internal risks with departments and follow up on implementation of mitigations.
    • Perform a detailed review of cyber security posture in relation to existing frameworks COBIT and NIST.
    • Assess IT business continuity plans, service resumption plans and disaster management plans.
    • Review security of the IT systems against internal and external risks.
    • Evaluate the IT controls in place and determine their ability to control attendant risks.
    • Assess the IT infrastructure and resources and determine their ability to maintain data integrity and deliver services effectively and efficiently in both hardware and software systems.

    For appointment to this position, the successful candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (Upper Second Class) in an IT related field or Finance.
    • At least five years of experience in financial audit and information systems audit in a reputable audit firm or company.
    • KCSE Mean grade B+.
    • CPA/K) or ACCA, CIA, CISM, CISA.
