    Human Resource Business Partner

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and direct a staff team of Senior HR Advisors OR work as a standalone HR professional for own HR area.
    • Acts as the primary HR reference contact for staff and line management and proactively support the delivery of HR Processes.
    • Spearhead and champion organization design and change in liaison with line management, develop win-win and business aligned structural /staff changes.
    • Lead, manage and execute the performance management framework for own HR area (annual performance cycle and activities, reviews, appraisal, moderation, performance improvement programs, managing non-performance).
    • In liaison with the Resourcing Department, develop and execute manpower plans, recruitment and selection.
    • In liaison with the HR Learning, Development and Talent Department identify and develop training interventions to bridge staff skill and business competency gaps, drive and sustain the Talent Management strategy and plans (identify, develop and retain talent, designs succession plans for key talent and critical roles.
    • In liaison with the Employee Relations and Wellness Department, develop and sustain an enabling work environment for staff, implements staff recognition, disciplinary and grievance handling policies and procedures for own HR area.
    • In liaison with the Reward and Policy Department, develop performance-oriented reward and incentive propositions for staff.
    • Develops, manages and or maintains relationships with INTERNAL / EXTERNAL customers/stakeholders/supplies relating to own HR Area: Staff, Heads of Department, Line Managers, Functional Directors, Regional Managers, and Branch Managers.
    • Maintain accurate and consistent data, records and statistics relating to own HR area.

    Experience & Proficiencies

     For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following: -

    • Have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university. 
    • At least one professional certification from the list - Certificate /Diploma/ Higher Diploma in Post Graduate Diploma in HR General or a specific area of HR.
    • 8 years’ relevant work experience.
    • 6 years as a Human Resource Business Partner with experience in: 
    • Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection. 
    • Performance Management.
    • Organization Structure.
    • People Management.
    • Job Evaluation.
    • Ability to liaise with all levels of management and subject matter experts across the industry and within the organization to drive adoption of HR initiatives & projects.

    Assistant Manager eCommerce APIs & Integrations

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Define the API product strategy and roadmap with a value proposition for eCommerce partners.
    • Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with eCommerce customers/ platforms, and other stakeholders to expand their usage of open API solutions.
    • Facilitate business & technical onboarding of ecommerce partners, ensuring their integrations go live within SLA. 
    • Engage cross-functional teams in developing innovative eCommerce offerings, utilizing open API architecture.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements to improve service efficiency.

    The successful candidate should have the following:

    • Relevant courses and certifications e.g. courses in restful APIs, API design, Shopify, WooCommerce, PCI, eCommerce, software development, Web 3 and other similar courses is a

    Brand Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Development and execution of holistic brand plans for the assigned business units, clearly articulating a breadth of thinking across all marketing disciplines.
    • Work closely with the unit heads, product development teams, sales teams and other internal key stakeholders to support the achievement of the business objectives.
    • Develop briefs for campaigns in line with the business and brand objectives.

    Solution Architect

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyzing enterprise specifics - Facilitate the identification and analysis of the Bank’s business drivers to deliver enterprise business, information, technical and solution architecture requirements.
    • Solution Design – End-to-end solution & architecture design for assigned projects and initiatives and ensuring solution design alignment between stakeholders before implementation.
    • Analyzing and documenting requirements - Elicit business requirements using interviews, analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. 
    • Setting the collaboration framework- Liaise with the business subject matter experts in the development of clear roadmaps of business solutions.

    The Person

    For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

    Bancassurance Sales Representative

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Bancassurance Sales Representative will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day insurance business at the assigned branches by providing quick, seamless, timely, efficient and responsive service to customers .

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Achieve sales targets (both Insurance and Retail) in accordance with the budgets provided; Deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling & cross selling of General and Life insurance products.
    • Retention of customers within the assigned portfolio – Ensure retention ratio of 85%.
    • Drive the Life Partnership and ensure that set sales budgets are met.
    • Provide pipeline data as requested. Monitor own sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and provide results to the Sales Managers.
    • Own customer queries and complaints around insurance products and resolve in a timely manner.  Escalate any unresolved queries to the Line Manager or the Head Office Bancassurance team.
    • Ensure accuracy of each application and all other customer documents. Accountable for the accuracy and quality of each application and supporting documents completed and submitted. 
    • Ensure all claims are reported to Head office Bancassurance team as guided while providing timely feedback to the clients. Assist the client to attach relevant documentation and have claim forms well completed.
    • Ensure premiums are collected strictly as per the credit control policy. 
    • Conduct Branch staff training on Bancassurance products.
    • Ensure compliance to the Group’s policies in delivering day-to-day business expectations.

    ACADEMIC QALIFICATION 

    •  Bachelor's degree in insurance, Actuarial Science, Marketing or Business Related from a Recognized Higher Learning Institution 
    • Professional Certification, Degreen in Insurance. Diploma in Insurance or master's degree will be an added advantage

    WORK EXPERIENCE 

    • One (1) Year experience in Bancassurance, General or Life Insurance sales 
    • Six (6) Months experience in a customer facing role or relationship Management.

    Systems Engineer

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Systems support including but not limited to availability, performance and reliability all on-premise IT systems infrastructure.
    • Infrastructure optimization of IT infrastructure to ensure optimal infrastructure performance.
    • Administration duties including Windows Active Directory object maintenance, troubleshooting and repair tasks on Active Directory, Windows Servers, Domain Controllers, DNS, user authentication and other operational systems as needed.

    • Professional Qualifications in VMware (VCP), Storage certification, Microsoft Professional certification in systems.

    • At least 3 years’ experience in Operating Systems Administration in Linux and Windows.
