An officer at this level will be responsible to the Chief Executive Officer for maintaining and promoting efficient management of the respective Constituent Centre and will be the accounting officer for the Campus. Duties and responsibilities will entail: overall administration and coordination of academic and non-academic matters in the Campus; provision of leadership in teaching, research and consultancy in relevant areas; coordination and evaluation of training programmes; offer professional advice and guidance on best practices to achieve academic excellence in KMTC; development and implementation of curricula; oversee implementation of Academic Board resolutions; quality Assurance / Quality Management Systems; Student admissions, welfare and discipline; Supervise development and implementation of institution’s strategies, policies, programmes and projects.
