    Business Analyst (Technical)

    Business Analyst (Technical) role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. It focuses on understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and working with technical teams to implement software, systems, or technology-driven solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
      • Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
      • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
    • System and Process Improvements:
      • Analyze existing banking processes and systems to identify inefficiencies or gaps.

    ICT Database Administrator

    ICT Database manager will be expected to oversee databases to ensure they are in order. They are expected to determine the best possible method of organising data, recording, and implementing it. They will be responsible for overseeing the creation, maintenance, and use of databases. Collaborating with users to identify the data they need to use, the frequency, what categories they require, and how to make the process smoother for them. Responsible for testing datasets extensively to ensure accuracy. Data troubleshooting, security, backup, and integrity are critical parts of the job.
