Duties And Responsibilities:
Officer’s Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will entail:-Handling all human resource management matters within established polices, rules and regulations; Supervision and guidance of staff working under him/her; Assisting Departments in the assessment of training needs for all cadres of staff; preparation of training projections; Identifying and designing appropriate courses, seminars, workshops and other relevant staff development programmes; Developing training materials and manuals; Co-coordinating and evaluating training programmes; Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner; Assist to ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements; Effect statutory deductions and maintain an updated record of the same; Assist to prepare relevant weekly, monthly reports and annual reports; Ensure timely preparation of statutory reports including P9 forms for submission of annual returns; Provide support for all internal and external audits related to payroll; Assist to monitor and compile data for accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions and terminations; Assist in attending to queries related to personnel or payroll data with a view to resolving the same; and Facilitate compilation of accurate pay slips and any other payroll reports

Duties And Responsibilities:
Work at this level will be similar to that of a Human Resource Management Officer II, but of a wider complexity. However, the officer will work under minimal supervision and may be deployed to oversee the Human Resource Management function in a Department or in a unit within the Human Resource Management Division of the County/Department. Specific duties and responsibilities will entail:- Verification of information relating to recruitment, appointment, transfers; Human Resource Management records and complement control; Processing cases for the County/Departmental Human Resource Management Advisory Committee; Assisting in the implementation of the decisions thereof and supervising and guiding clerical staff in the Division/Section; Assisting Departments in the assessment of training needs for all cadres of staff; preparation of training projections; Identifying and designing appropriate courses, seminars, workshops and other relevant staff development programmes; and Assist in co-coordinating training programmes and evaluating training programmes.

The Senior Assistant Administrative Officer shall be responsible to the Administrative Officer for the following; the development of policies and plans; service delivery; developmental activities to empower the community; the provision and maintenance of infrastructure and facilities of public services; the county public service; exercise any functions and powers delegated by the County Public Service Board under section 86 of the County Government Act, 2012;andcoordinationandfacilitationofcitizenparticipationinthedevelopment of policies and plans and delivery of services.

The Administrative Assistant III shall be responsible to the relevant administrator for the following; ensuring and coordinating the participation of the village unit in governance; assisting the village unit to develop the administrative capacity for the effective exercise of the functions and powers and participation in governance at the local level; and the exercise of any functions and powers delegated by the County Public Service Board under section 86 of the County Government Act, 2012.

Duties And Responsibilities:
An officer at this level will work under supervision of a senior Pharmacist. Duties and responsibilities will include: screening prescriptions for legal validity, drug contraindications, drug interactions, appropriateness of dose, frequency and duration of dosing and patience convenience; preparing and dispensing medicines according to Good Dispensing Practices and counseling patients on use of medicines; making extemporaneous preparations; participating in ward rounds; identifying medicinal gaps and challenges; maintaining a daily activity log book for recording all activities undertaken; recommending Over the Counter (OTC) medicines to patients/clients with simple medical conditions and making necessary referrals; and making entries into the relevant inventory management records and registers. An officer at this level may also be deployed in a manufacturing industry to: Provide quality assurance and control services; register products; register and license premises: and providing warehousing and logistics.

This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will include: - carrying out feasibility studies; planning and designing water supply and sewerage infrastructures; and currying out research activities in various aspects of water, sewerage and hydraulic systems.

Job Summary:
This is the entry and training grade into this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the supervision of a senior officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will entail:- planning and supervising construction works for water supplies and sewerage schemes; compiling operation and maintenance data; and supervising water supply operators and artisans.

This will be the entry grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will be on job training and will be assigned simple duties in repair and maintenance works under close supervision of a more experienced officer in line with the area of specialization (Plumbing, Pipe fitting).
