    Job Summary

    Key Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • Registration with TSC
    • Recognised teaching degree.
    • Postgraduate degree holders will receive preference
    • Minimum 10-15 years' teaching experience with at least five years in a leadership role.
    • Experience in Cambridge Early Years and Primary preferred.

    • Energetic, self-motivated and able to use own initiative.

    ​​​​​​​Qualifications & Experience Required:

    Skills, knowledge, abilities & values:

    • At least five years demonstrable administrative experience in a recognized International School preferably one delivering Cambridge Assessment International Education.
    • Bachelor of Commerce/Business Administration/Business Management degree from a recognized institution. Specialization in Marketing is an added advantage
    • Knowledge Cambridge International Curriculum
    • Knowledge of local education regulations and compliance
    • Child safeguarding and protection laws and procedures
    • Stakeholder engagement (parents, staff, students, board, community)
    • Cross-cultural communication
    • Strong understanding of academic planning and school operations

    • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams and support school-wide improvement initiatives
    • Scheduling, planning and time management skills
    • Data analysis and reporting (e.g., student attendance)
    • Document and records management
    • Proficient in educational technology and school management systems Proficiency with productivity software (Google Workspace, MS Office) Data privacy and security awareness

    We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal to lead our Migosi Campus. The ideal candidate is a passionate educator with strong leadership skills, committed to upholding discipline and fostering a supportive, student- centered environment. They will oversee teaching staff, manage educational structures, and ensure effective CBC implementation while driving academic and operational excellence.

    Key Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • A Minimum of a Bachelor of Education degree (Early Childhood Education) from a recognised University
    • Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission
