    Internal Sales Representative

    JOB OUTLINE:

    The purpose of the Internal Sales Representative - Product Support is to effectively execute their territory sales plan, championing customer success and meeting the sales target through the sales of Mantrac products and services within their assigned product portfolio and customer territory. The Internal Sales Representative will liaise with small sized prospects and customers, building and maintaining relationships via the telephone.

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •  Lead management. To process all leads that are assigned within 24 hours of receipt using correct outcome codes that accounts are created and all opportunities logged on Sales Force when appropriate.
    •  Ensures that customer data is correctly recorded and timely updated in Salesforce.com
    •  Ensures that minimum PAR (planned annual rate) standards for calls per customer and average live customer calls per day are completed; Customer calls are planned daily in batches to ensure full engagement with key decision makers.
    •  Commits on future sales figures based upon sales pipeline data and adequate utilisation of Mantrac's sales methodology.

    PERSON SPECIFICATION:

    •  BSc Mechanical/Electrical engineering or in an Engineering related discipline
    •  2-3 years sales experience including proactive telephone selling
    •  Strong communication skills and good understanding of sales and marketing principles
    •  Microsoft office proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point including use of Sales Force CRM

    Warehouse Assistant

    JOB OUTLINE:

    The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for conducting the basic day to day operations in the Warehouse, Stock taking and Keeping of inventory and good warehouse practices.

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •  To receive materials with 100% accuracy, pick and pack orders
    •  To put away parts into the nominated "bin" location with 100% accuracy
    •  Ensure all interactions with the system (Man/Pro) are 100% accurate
    •  To work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
    •  To achieve the standards and targets set by the Warehouse Supervisor
    •  Duties may include repetitive light, medium and heavy lifting

    PERSON SPECIFICATION:

    • Degree in logistics/ related field with four years' experience with strong product and parts knowledge
    •  Good analytical and Microsoft Office proficiency and experience in specialized ERP systems as well as third party systems for courier shipments

    Workshop Supervisor

    JOB OUTLINE:

    The Workshop Supervisor is to profitably manage the operation of Service Workshop - Specialisation, General Bay, Hydraulic and track-shop, Equipment Test benches. Coordinate service training operations and graduate trainees. Conduct technical development, OJT (On the Job Training) - for both trainees and senior service technicians based on their individual learning plan and provide professional guidance to increase its effectiveness.

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •  Provide customers with level of support associated with the Caterpillar product range.
    •  Successfully implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) especially work order closing, last labour to invoice, contamination control and other critical projects and initiatives.
    •  Continually develop the staff with a view to improving work quality, efficency and developing them personally to reach their optimal output.
    •  Appropriately schedule the jobs coming into the service department and communicating the same to superior and to the customers with changes promptly

    PERSON SPECIFICATION:

    •  BSc Mechanical/Electrical engineering or in an Engineering related
    • discipline with 5 years experience in earthmoving equipment environment Supervisory or/and people management experience.
    •  Proven administrative, leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to impart knowledge and skills to a multi-disciplinary team
